I've had a 3 month odyssey attempting to have a sinus issue taken care of . After multiple expensive test that I had to have done at outside locations ( usually schedule at an incorrect location), Surgery was finally schedule for a month out. A week before surgery, it was moved back, because of an emergency (next week mind you), I went it for consultation 10 days before the rescheduled date, and was informed they will not do the surgery because of an old cardiologist issue.

Next step was, they would refer me to Emory, how ever after two attempts, the wrong reference was sent over.

So after months of severe sinus pain, and a fair amount of money (they are good about billing), I start the search over again.

It was wonderful. The staff was so kind and friendly. Denny was, also. I felt very comfortable. He addressed my concerns and more. His nurse was very helpful, too! Oh, and I liked the informative video in the waiting room! It taught me a lot!

The nurse practitioner I saw - Denny - was great. He listened and he addressed my concerns. However, whoever does the scheduling didn't do so well. They rescheduled me because Denny wasn't even working at the time they originally scheduled me for. I had previously filled out all the paperwork and completed their online intake however when I arrived at my appointment at 10:05 (my appointment was at 10:10) I was asked to fill out a bubble sheet with the same questions. After filling that out I sat there for over an hour waiting to be called back as the entire waiting room was filled twice over. Another man came in and he was scheduled wrong as well. He showed up after me and was 4 hours early and they even took him back before me. Once they called me back I was escorted by a very apathetic nurse who spoke in monotone, rude and was rather 'cold' so to speak. All in all I didn't feel very welcome. I will go back only because Denny was excellent and it's the closest ENT but I feel the front office staff and the nurses need to step up their game. Hopefully future appointments will be better.

Waiting area small,but overall great experience. Hearing test was fun and Denny Hansen was awesome. He discussed my text and told me whatever happened from this point was my choice as far as hearing aids etc.also told me of ways to protect my ears. Plenty of time for questions, didn't feel rushed. Thanks for helping.

I was very happy with my experience here. Denny Hansen was very patient and listened to my worries. He also did everything in his power to make sure I could go home without worrying further. Had the scope done at the initial visit, which I thought was awesome, and most of my worries were able to be dismissed. Glad I chose this office!

Went yesterday for the first time and after my appointment I find out my insurance wasn't taken there. This was my fault but the office went out of their way and didn't over charge me! They did an office visit and a biopsy for me. I'm so grateful and happy with the care I received. I highly recommend them.
