Very disappointed with the front office staff! I have been a patient at this office for years and never had problems until my most recent visit. I showed up to my visit and was checked in. The receptionist called me back up to the desk and told me that I could not be seen because I seen a different doctor previously. They were the ones who scheduled me with that provider! I was rescheduled and called a day before my appointment and told that there was a problem with my insurance and that I may not be seen for my appointment. I had updated my insurance weeks ago through e-check in and could have even been told when I was there and had been rescheduled that there was further information needed from me. I got the necessary information sent to them before my appointment and still had to be rescheduled. It was such a frustrating and chaotic experience. I had been waiting almost a month to be seen. If it were not for the fact that I really needed to be seen for my medical problem I would have cancelled my appointment.

Dr. Myint was very professional and caring during the process of setting my nose after I broke it over the weekend. He did an excellent job in making me comfortable and was very empathetic to me being scared and tried his best to keep the pain to a minimum. So thankful to have him on my side.
The other doctors are top notch also.

Our son was referred here by his doctor for an ear cleaning and we were very nervous at first. Dr. Myint was very informative about the procedure and talked my son through it. I have for year's seen Dr.Calvin Myint he is amazing. He sees both my boy's. Never have I had any issues with scheduling, or in office . He listens he cares . If any negative reviews I can assure you the one posting is the problem.

I’m not even an official pt of this practice and I’m already turned off at the lack of customer service and professionalism scheduling and the front desk has for potential patients.

I’m sure the physicians are great here but your front office and call center set the tone to want patients non established and established to come to this practice.

After a very frustrating encounter I will not be scheduling.

Front office was great! I will say that, the audiologist was amazing as well! However I will not be back. Wanting a second opinion from another doctor shouldn’t be thrown back in your face passive aggressively by a doctor. I’m a healthcare professional myself. And that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am truly shocked. I really have no other words except I am shocked.

I had just recovered from pneumonia when my hearing deteriorated. I had gone to another ENT who basically said to wait but my hearing got so bad I couldn't hear anything. So I went to ENT Specialists and he did a thorough exam and found I had a severe ear infection. He put me on a regimen of medicines and my heart improved and got back to what is normal for me. If you have never lost your hearing you won't understand how detrimental it is to your daily living. This was like a miracle to me!
