KAYLA(Staff) is VERY unprofessional and argumentative. This office is NOT the place for the vulnerable, elderly, or people in need of comfort. KAYLA refuses to listen to patients causing unnecessary confusion! Dr Johnson is knowledgeable and understanding BUT Good luck, If you can get pass his highly aggressive front office staff.

I am curious about the reviews in that, only one or two mention which doctor they were speaking about. When there is more than one doctor, it is important to say WHO you are talking about: good, bad, or indifferent. Maybe one spoils the reputation of the whole and needs to be examined by the corporation or the doctor themself needs to examine their manner with patients. Hard to choose a group when specifics doctors are not mentioned by name whether good or bad review is being written.
I have not decided on my review of the Doctor I am seeing as I have only been in once. I can say that, so far, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will re-evaluate at a later date.

Dr Johnson is the best when it comes to taking care of your feet. He actually cares which is a huge plus. Plus his staff is great! Wouldn't go anywhere else

Dr Johnson has been my podiatrist for a year now. Last year he had to amputate the tip of my third toe. Been seeing him on and off. So a couple months back I got a pressure ulser on the bottom of my big toe which was previously amputated by a different Dr. Under his care and advise to my condition it was slowly healing but from experience with this before we both decided that it needed to be removed. Dr Johnson is a great podiatrist and he does amazing work. I will use this office for any further Foo problems I have in the future

My three year old had an ingrown toe nail and it got infected…I called a million different podiatrist to be turned away because she’s a child or be told they didn’t have an appointment until February or March! East Coast got my daughter in the next day, the doctor was so caring and attentive to my 3 year old who was scared. While speaking to me the doctor said he wanted to try to do it without an injection and he spelt out the word “injection” so my daughter wouldn’t hear the word and be more scared. As a mom that alone says a lot about the kind of doctor he is I will use this doctor office from here on out!

Dr Donald Johnson is the most uncaring Dr I have ever been to. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Barked out his diagnosis without even hearing where I had the pain and was talking as he walked out and closed the door. I had no time to ask follow up questions. Very Rude. Would NOT recommend him to anyone. The staff was great.

I spent over 6 months and 2 payments to them and 1 xray maybe 2 then I get a letter stating they refuse to see me anymore. No explanation . I am now seeing a new group of drs.
