I have had several podiatrist over the years and I rate Dr John one of the best I’ve been a patient. I have osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis in my feet especially the soles and experience great pain. As a result my toes become quite inflamed between my toes. He has been able to relive and to take care of ingrown toenails also.

I have a really bad foot that in the words of Dr Johnson, gets very angry. I have had toes amputated and Dr Johnson brings me back to health EVERY-TIME !! This time, it's not behaving, I am in a lot of pain I will be seeing what tomorrow brings. But if you have any issues with your feet or toes .. go see the BEST in the BUISNESS!! Dr DONALD JOHNSON!! The office was on time and very professional. I was confident of the services immediately. The doctor, Lisa Farrar, was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and recommended a course of action which I followed and within a week I was pain free and walking like I was 25 years younger. I went back to the follow up appointment, even though my problem was fixed so I could at least thank Lisa and her staff. I would highly recommend East Coast Podiatry for anyone suffering from a foot disorder.

I have been a patient of Dr Johnson’s for a little over 20 years. In that time I’ve had several surgeries on my foot. No exaggeration but Dr Johnson is entirely responsible for allowing me to keep my foot. He’s a FABULOUS Dr. and he keeps his office running like a machine. Aside from surgeries I don’t believe I’ve been in his office longer than 30 mins. IMO there’s no podiatrist better or more highly regarded by his colleagues and patients alike! BIG DAWG kudos and I pray he’s not gonna retire any time soon!!

Dr. Johnson's bedside manner exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find a doctor these days who is compassionate and caring and Dr. Johnson checks all the boxes. I met Dr. Johnson in the hospital under an emergency situation and having had an excellent experience with my previous podiatrist, Dr. Johnson had alot to live up to and he did just that and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for an awesome Podiatrist with impeccable bedside manner.

Dr. Johnson is simply the Best Endocrinologist among all other Endocrinologist's that I've had in the past. Very pleased with the professional culture from everyone in the office!
The Doctor quickly zeroed in on my problem, answered all of my questions and/ or concerns recommended a three step solution to my pain and the cause. I am scheduled to see home in 2 weeks for a follow-up/ evaluation!

Starting with the phone call to make an appointment all the way to my appointment. I was amazed. I am difficult to schedule due to my schedule and these girls have the patience of a saint. They brought me into my appointment early; where does that ever happen? Dr Farrar was unbelievably pleasant and informative to me. I've never had a more pleasant experience in a doctor's office and left WITHOUT having more questions to be answered. Highly, highly recommend them.
