Dr. Ross is a highly skilled empathetic physician. He uses the latest laser technology. His staff is wonderful and welcoming. The cost for his services is very reasonable. I recently had an extreme case of facial melia/acne. Dr. Ross was able to address the outbreak in one visit with no scarring. He has also treated a serious facial scar with excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Ross without reservations.

My experiences with Dr. Ross have been awful. I originally saw him to have RF microneedling done on some facial scars. He had suggested filler for one the depressed scars on my lower cheek. I expressed I wasn't sure about filler but he had been extremely confident so I went ahead and paid for this service. Unfortunately, I hated how the filler distorted my jaw and added a very unflattering lump on the side of my face. I expressed my concern and he had talked over me, been condescending, told me I was wrong, had said "Whatever" and was unprofessional all around. The nurse had even apologized for how he had treated me, and now after reading more reviews I can see this is common behavior. After leaving my last dissolving appointment in tears I refuse to go back and unfortunately will have to pay even more somewhere else to dissolve the remaining filler. I highly do not suggest this doctor and wish I had gone to someone who listens and wants to find a solution. A little kindness goes a long way.

My face tissue has damaged following laser and another treatment that he combined with laser without my knowledge , following treatment my skin burned severely and developed sensitivity and redness also he missed to freeze two skin tags.
I brought up those issues at my fallow up visit ask me to pay an additional fee for $150.00 to take care two skin tags that he missed in addition of my initial payment of $700.00.
I was extremely disappointed left his office his secretary followed me on hallway by telling me that he agreed to take care of these tags free of charge if you do right now otherwise you have $150.00 if you come back later I did not understand his bargaining behavior it was total disappointment decided to leave his office and fill a complaint with his office manager

Dr. Ross is AMAZING. His talent with lasers is unparalleled, and his office is extremely efficient and punctual. Whether it be appointment scheduling, the nurses, or Dr. Ross, they are kind, professional, knowledgable, careful and thorough. They faithfully document progress which has been very helpful with my insurance claims. This is my favorite doctor's office, as they show great care for their patients, and are always so attentive. My husband had Dr Ross do a laser treatment to his scalp ...to correct what was done by another doctor. The results turned out better than we expected.
