Everyone at this location is polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Starting with Dona at the front desk, who is so knowledgeable and helpful with information about appointments, scheduling labs, and insurance questions. Holly the nurse is very calming and respectful while taking vital signs and doing blood work.
Anna is so caring and interested in everything I say and pays attention to the slightest detail, while being professional.
They also show the same courtesy and respect for each other.
I am very willing to recommend this office to anyone needing a practitioner

I would highly recommend this practice!
Anna Banister is the best. She cares about each of her patients and includes them in the treatment plan. Always listens to you even though she’s got others waiting and a thousand other things to do!
Donna makes things happen. She is always professional and very willing to help you find a solution to any issue you might have!
Met Holly for the first time recently. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I love all the members of this practice- they make you feel like FAMILY.
And that is hard to accomplish in this day and age!

I have been there for many years. Anna is one of my favorites. She listens with a caring and helping hand. And she don't stop til the problem or problems are solved. The nurses are outstanding and they all are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently had to find a new provider and Anna Bannister came highly recommended. Gave her a shot and I am happy to say that the whole experience has been easy. Donna is very helpful with scheduling and all that comes with a new patient. Anna is so thorough during your appt. She listens to all issues and works up a comprehensive plan to move forward. Paula the nurse has been super helpful with getting services done thru the hospital.

Donna (front office) is always extremely helpful and very thorough!!! Anna Bannister - Nurse Practitioner always take the time to hear any concerns you might have. Just moved to Savannah and after researching several doctors I was very happy to choose Effingham family of doctors in Rincon. The Women’s health and family health practice are filled with professional caring individuals and made me feel welcome and comfortable seeing a new physician. The ladies in the front desk were warm friendly and accommodating making sure I understood everything and making me feel comfortable being there for the first time . Anna Bannister is the most wonderful medical professional I’ve ever encountered and I’m 75 years old. She is brilliant, caring and empathetic. Donna, her receptionist, cannot be surpassed in her work ethic, professionalism and attitude. I met Donna when she was in the Port Wentworth office and followed her to the next office. The two of them make the dreaded trip to the doctor almost a pleasure. Five Stars is not a high enough rating!!
