Not totally thrilled with the level of care. I was hoping maybe I would be seen and heard, but alas another doctors office who brushes off my concerns and just wants to refer out for every single thing. I prefer more holistic care.
Shout out to the nurse, April, for being kind though.

I have been a patient at this practice for years and have always had great care, however that has all changed since my care changed to a new provider. Today marks 8 days without my medication that I have taken for years and years because my scripts were somehow canceled (by the doctor) and even the pharmacist cant do an emergency refill. The pharmacist has also contacted the office. And now, 5 calls later to THIS office since last week and now she says the doc and then nurse or whomever won't be there till tomorrow to authorize. Really? That wasn't said this morning when we called and what about all of last week?
Let's not forget being charged a "new patient " appointment when I was existing patient for my first appointment with the "new doctor"
This is today's fantastic health care.. it's forgotten the patient but they sure did want their copays at the time of the visit.

I went to my first appointment and this place was Awesome. Everyone is helpful and they provide ideal care and information. You don't feel rushed through and they listen to all your concerns. I was completely satisfied with my experience here. After having terrible experiences at J.C. Lewis medical center. What a great place for anyone who needs competent care. Thank you!

Called many many times to be seen but front desk said they needed my records transferred. I called my old provider and they stated nothing had been requested. I went back and forth trying to get records transferred. No one ever followed up with my old office or let me know anything. ? They just do not care.

Dr. Bennet and his staff are awesome! I left my doctor because I hated feeling like another number and a burden just to get an appointment. Dr. Bennet takes the time to ask questions to truly find out what's going on and tailors his health care to my needs. I was blown away by one simple question..."what can I do for you?". If you're looking for an old fashioned feeling of health care where the Doctor truly cares and isn't simply pumping through patients because that's what his corporate owners require, Dr. Bennet is an amazing choice! His staff genuinely cares. Amanda and Angie are great assets!

We recently moved to this area and were looking for a doctor when we were highly recommended to visit Effingham Family Medecine at 21, everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since we were in need of a doctor who's caring, friendly and provide all around a good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to go there. Nurse Amanda West was amazing, she made my family feel like a member of her own family. Whenever you visit that place ask for the extremely caring Nurse Amanda West. My family now has a place we call home.

Today was my first visit to get some blood work done today. Lori and Aneta at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Amanda was my nurse that drew my blood. She was also very nice and stuck me on the first try no problem. Amanda explained to me what lab work they were doing and if there was any other concerns that I had so they could check those as well. All in all a great experience and I am looking forward to my further visits.
