I normally don’t write reviews but my experience with Dr. Byrd was phenomenal so I am breaking with tradition. Y’all, I cannot state strongly enough if you are looking for a great podiatrist you found one. Dr. Byrd is knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment like I wasn’t in a doctor’s office. She took her time and explained everything about my condition. I came out of my insurance’s network to get to her. That’s how impressed I am, willing to pay out of pocket for her care!

Dr. Byrd and her office staff are awesome! I was able to get an appointment for my daughter much earlier than anticipated because of the issues she was having. Dr. Byrd was very patient with my 12 year old. She did an awesome job on her feet. She also gave me shoe recommendations for that would help my feet. I have purchased the shoes and my feet are happy! Thanks Dr. Byrd!

I can't say enough great things about my first visit. Dr Byrd is very pleasant and extremely professional as she inquires about your issues with patients and sincere concern. I first read Dr Byrd’s reviews in 2021 but needed an immediate appointment so I had to go somewhere else (note:if they have an appointment available take it and don’t cancel and when you go you’ll soon discover why she’s so booked). I’m so glad I was able to get into her office this time it was truly worth the wait. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable about whatever you have going on and she explains why you have whatever going and what you need to do to fix it . I had begin to think my problem was just something I’d have to deal with until Dr Byrd . Thank you so much. Oh and I can’t end without saying what a pleasure to walk in and be greeted so nicely by Shaketa

Dr. Byrd is very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She was enjoyable to talk with as well.
I have been to other Podiatry Specialists without getting the information I needed or good results so have a basis for comparison.
I left her office with complete confidence in her plan to help my issue. She even recommended the most economical as well as most efficacious remedies, which I was appreciative of. I highly recommend her for any foot problem you may have.

Dr Byrd and Shaketa is truly awesome!! I’m so thankful that I decided to give them a try. Not only was Shaketa welcoming, patient, friendly, and detailed when I called to make my new appointment, she made sure to answer all my questions and concerns addresses. Then when I got to my appointment, she was the same and inviting. Then to see Dr. Byrd was an extra blessing. Dr. Byrd was detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and thorough with my foot. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Both Dr Byrd and Shaketa was on it with the billing so I knew what to expect before I got there and again while I was there. If I could give a 100 stars I would. I highly recommend Dr Byrd as she is compassionate about what she does.
