I am extremely dissatisfied with Elite Habersham Dental. When I made the appointment for my husband, I was very specific that we needed the tooth extraction to be done on the same day so he wouldn’t have to miss work twice. I was assured that, as long as there was no infection, they could complete the extraction during his visit. My husband took time off work for this, only to be told when he arrived that they couldn’t do the extraction.

They claimed his appointment time had been shortened, meaning there was no time for the actual procedure, but couldn’t explain why the change was made. Instead of trying to accommodate him or offer a solution, they spent 10-15 mins with him and charged him for an X-ray and consultation— and asked him to make another appointment for the extraction. He left feeling completely frustrated, as his time was wasted and the office staff showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. I would not recommend this office if you expect clear communication or respect for your time.

I really wanted to take time today to write a review. The receptionists are always friendly, the dentists are always caring and have genuine concern for their patients well-being. I recently had a tooth ache where I already had a crown from another place, and they got me in right away. They quickly identified the problem, and I was given antibiotics. Additionally, they went a step further and realized that the reason the problem existed was because my molar (crown) was hitting repeatedly and causing impact trauma; they then fixed it so it wouldn’t keep happening and it helped me immediately and immensely. Long term fixes make long term patients. Thank you all.

I was not happy with any aspect of this place. Due to insurance I had to go here. The front door was hard to open. Kind of confusing when you walk in. All the walls are dark gray- very dismal. Uninviting. Hygienist was nice. The dentist himself said I had three times as many cavities as I really did. I went back to my usual dentist that doesn’t take my insurance. After reading some of the reviews about not getting all the decay out of cavities before filling them, that worried me. I would rather pay a full price at my old dentist that I trust. Also about 12 feet away from my patient chair were several employees talking and laughing very loudly.

I recently had full-mouth extractions and immediate dentures done by Dr. Rader, and I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent care I’ve received. From the initial procedure to every follow-up appointment, Dr. Rader and his dental assistant, Bethany, have been incredible.

Dr. Rader is highly skilled and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped ease my nerves. His precision and expertise were evident throughout, making what could have been a daunting experience feel manageable.

Bethany has been just as wonderful—her kindness and attentiveness really stood out. She was always there to listen to any concerns I had, especially during the follow-up visits for adjustments to my dentures. Both Dr. Rader and Bethany made sure that I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered at each stage of the process.

I truly appreciate how they’ve continued to listen and address any concerns, ensuring that my dentures fit perfectly and that I’m happy with the results. They’re an exceptional team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

First visit to Elite Dentistry and it was a great experience! When I called to schedule the appointment, they were friendly and didn't act as if I was a bother - which is much different than a local dentist office. Expecting a couple week wait to get a cleaning scheduled, I was surprised when Elite they had an opening the next day.
When I showed up for my appointment, I received a warm welcome and I was soon called back by Kathy for my teeth cleaning. She was kind, gentle, and the conversation helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Rader completed the exam and I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and story about genetics and deep tooth grooves. Maybe he was being friendly to break the news I needed a crown. 🙂
Ashley got me scheduled for my next cleaning and will provide assistance in getting a quote from insurance for the crown. Thanks Elite Dentistry for providing great service!

This place was amazing. Such friendly staff and very detailed. Dr Radar was super friendly and knowledgeable. Kathy and Dana worked with me and they were amazing. This seems like the ultimate place to get your teeth taken care of and a great environment to work in. These people know how to have fun at work!!

I came into Elite Dentistry needed some lower dental work. They were kind and friendly. Very informative about treatment that needed to be prior to the work I really wanted done. Which I was thankful for since I am not in the dental field. The pricing was always lower than average. They took extremely good care of me throughout the entire process. I won't go anywhere else for any of my dental needs. Highly recommend Elite Dentistry and all the staff.
