I've been seeing Dr. Kovacs for the last 5 years as my primary care, prior to her joining Emory.
She's been a great doctor with helping me identify strategies to manage my allergies in Georgia as well as keeping up my overall health.
I can trust her to diagnose correctly, respond in the portal and follow up on my care.

I haven't personally had any issues with the office staff and they're normally very helpful. I will say scheduling can be a mess through the Emory call center. If I have a more urgent need I'll come in as a walk in patient or message in the portal so her office can contact me to schedule.

Dr. Rao, was vey professional and thorough with my annual physical exam. She spent a decent amount of time listening and answering my questions related to my health treatment. The office location is easy to find. The office facility is very pleasant and clean. Dr. Rao is friendly and kind.

Office scheduled my appointment incorrectly and the office person on the phone went out of her way to make it seem like it was my fault. In the process of trying to get correctly scheduled, she grilled me on exactly why I wanted to see a doctor. I’m just trying to establish a new PCP but she kept pushing for explicit and specific details that I wasn’t comfortable with sharing to someone who handles the phones and not - ya know - the doctor I’m trying to see about my health. Establishing as a new patient was not an acceptable reason to her. Ultimately I gave up and she seemed pleased. Absolutely bizarre behavior from a family doctor’s office.

Convenience location, but poorly managed and awkward Dr. I was told I was the only patient in the office at the time and it still took over an hour and dealing with 4 different individuals to get 3 vaccinations. I told the specific vaccinations needed prior to arrival, yet when I got there the nurse said "Let me make sure we have those..." Overall very dissatisfied with professional acumen and administrative service. Dr was very meek, soft spoken, heavy accent; I felt like my time was wasted. Will not be going back.

I'm sure experiences can vary by individual, but I had one of the best doctor's visits to date with Dr. Rao. Thorough, knowledgeable, kind and proactive. I left feeling positive, and with a solid treatment plan. I'd definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Rao.

My Dr was completely out of touch with my file and even asked how my Kidney disease was doing. I don't have Kidney disease! I went for a physical and they didn't take any blood. This Dr Kovacs had zero concern about my health or well being.

Don't go to Dr. Kovacs. She doesn't listen, she doesn't pay attention, she doesn't care and she doesn't speak English. I don't speak English greatly either, but I don't have the responsibility of people's health and medical problems. It's too hard to communicate with her.

This clinic is terrible in both service and communication. I have had several negative experiences with this clinic and Dr.Kovas. I am turned off from utilizing any service from this Emory's healthcare establishment.
