I am so upset about these charges! I made a follow-up appointment 4 months ago to see Dr. Thompson. I like her but this office charged me more than they should! I went in for a regular follow-up visit that I had scheduled months ago and they tagged on "Urgent Care," which is hundreds of dollars, to my bill. I think this is the final draw for me. Not to mention trying to get an appointment with a specialist is nearly impossible. Over a year wait to see a neurologist! What in the F***! Moving on to finding another doctos who are not Emory!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have yet to have a seamless experience at this office over the past few years. I always have to wait in the lobby at least 20-30 minutes after my appoitment time even after getting to the office 15 minutes early as they highly request. Whether it’s short staff of nurses, system outages, an overbooked office it’s always something. I really like Dr, Benjamin as a physician but I will not be back until the office operations are improved.

Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Thompson are usually great. Ever since Emory came and took over this place is a joke. I’ve been waiting in waiting room for 2 hours to have a 5-10 minute conversation regarding a medication that almost put my wife in the hospital.

I’ve been coming here since I was about 13 years old. Every since they merged with Emory they have become HORRID. I haven’t seen my actual primary care physician Dr. Benjamin in YEARS. She was my doctor since I was 13!!! If I try to schedule to see her it is almost a 3 month wait. It is a 1 month wait to see her PA’s. I had strep and simply needed antibiotics and they told me go to urgent care because they couldn’t get me in for a month. They have now taken a MONTH to refill my prescription. They lie, told me they were giving me 3 refills and I got NONE and now have to wait for my anxiety medicine. They take their sweet time and don’t even take the time to call you or tell you your test results. They make you go through a strenuous patient portal. I don’t think they ever update my chart b/c they have a hard time finding my medications and again.. this has been my doctor for almost 15 years! There’s no excuse. I hate what Emory has done to this practice and I hate that the practice has allowed it. BAD SERVICE.

As others have said the service here has deteriorated since merging with Emory. I was here for a physical and the system was down. After 4 days I returned and order has still not been put in for bloodwork and none could explain why.

Dr. Benjamin is AMAZING. She’s so attentive, warm, and friendly and truly makes you feel comfortable. Also the woman who takes your blood for your physical is so great. I have been recently passing out when my blood has been taken so I was a bit afraid, but she made it quick and easy and put me at ease. I’ve never been more impressed with a doctor’s office.

Had an appointment at 8:45. I arrived at 8:40 and still have yet to be seen. It is now 9:52. The wait has been OVER an hour and this will be the last time I will ever come here. I came here because I normally use Emory University (they’re amazing). I thought because it’s in the same network it would be the same and I was totally wrong!!!! They should’ve stayed dekalb medical because this is not how Emory operates. They need to do better on wait times and scheduling.

This place was great until Emory took over. When you try to make an appointment for physical they are not doing them at the moment. When you try to schedule an appointment just for blood work nothing available until August? They do not respond to patient portal messages for refills. They do not respond to pharmacy for refills. Wait times are ridiculous. Who ever is in charge needs to do better!!!!!!
