This was my first time ever having any surgery in my life! Emory Orthopedic Hospital off of Montreal Road is 10/10. The front desk where you sign in service is fast, friendly and flawless. The admission counselor, even though she is making sure she gets the money, was so sweet and professional. If I did not have the money she was so nice, I would have asked everyone in my family. My pre-surgery team gave so much knowledge before they gave me anesthesia or took me back, they made the experience so easy. Somehow I remember them telling me to bend your back, and next thing I remember I was out of surgery. I stayed in the hospital 6 days. The food is 10/10. I manage Senior Living Dining Services professionally and I was amazed at how good the food was. Every person that took my order, even to the sweet ladies bringing the food to your room. I felt like my family was serving me. I will be going to there cafe when I go to appointments. I hear there oxtails are amazing. My nursing staff and techs were simply the best. All of them were so gentle and attending. I had the pleasure of having Nurse Chris in the evening the most. He is quiet and funny! He kept me laughing everyday. Nurse Kayla reminds me of my big sister, she will love on you and make you feel like there is nothing you can’t accomplish when you leave. Nurse Gloria reminded me to keep the faith and that trouble won’t last always! Her smile and spirit is contagious. The techs were on it… they don’t miss a beat. Finally, the environmental team that keeps the room clean made me want to hire them to clean my house. They are all so friendly and engaging. My doctor is Jacob Wilson and his team at Emory are 10/10. Your loved one will be in great hands there. I loved my stay and this team, I was a little sad to leave. Please someone pass this along to them. They are truly the epitome of service with class!

I was omitted to this hospital for spine surgery and I regret it. The nurse are horrible and did not care about my pain. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I’m appreciative of the pre-admission support of the staff at easing my anxiety. I’m appreciative of all the support, answers, information pamphlets and one on one that Dr. Ajay provided, he is so professional and I thank him for a job well done. All the medical staff were so helpful and made my stay the best. All the staff that came in my room were so supportive and helpful. I am very much on my way to recovery.

First time here. Off of Lawrenceville Hwy from 285N and Montreal. The entrance is the 2nd left. VERY CDC compliant and quiet. Lots of parking. No guests waiting in lobby, temp taken at door, seating spaced accordingly, very sterile environment. There is a cafe and they prefer tk use cashless payments. In the accounting area, there are partitions at the desk and all staff had on masks. Everyone was nice and friendly. Radiology and surgery take place in this building.
