Dr. Sode was thorough, helpful, and nice. The prescriptions I've gotten so far seem to be helping. The office is very nice and clean. The doctor and assistant also helped ensure that any prescriptions would be either covered by insurance, or were available less expensively using a good Rx coupon. There were two things I wasn't crazy about. First, the recording told me to arrive 30 minutes early, which I did. But I wasn't taken back from the waiting room until 20 minutes after my appointment time. No one explained that they were running late which would have been helpful so I could notify my manager about returning to work. The other thing I didn't like was when I was describing my issues to the assistant in the exam room, she cut me off saying they probably wouldn't be able to address everything that day. The implication was because they were running late, I couldn't be fully treated. That bothered me. However I was able to very quickly go over things with the doctor, and I feel like I did get what I needed, And I very much appreciate that. So far, I recommend this doctor and office, however be aware that they don't appear to run on time.

This office is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Soda is very polite and knowledgable. My only complaint with this office is the lack of diligence in making sure I received my medication. There has been an issue with the prescription authorization and the pharmacy inability to fill my prescription due to this twice. Being a nurse, I know how busy work can get and how things can slip your mind in the mist of the chaos at work which is why I gave so much grace the first time this happened but for it to happen again and now I’m going on day 3 without my medication; this is ridiculous. The woman from the call center tried to do everything she could to get me help on Friday but unfortunately no one responded so I had to wait until today to try once again to get some help. The receptionist I spoke with this morning was very nice and as helpful as she could be. I finally spoke to one of the nurses this afternoon and I’m being told that everything is setup for me to receive the medication. All I can do now is hope that this is accurate information and I am able to actually receive my medication. I’m sure that this office would be beneficial to many people’s dermatological needs but unfortunately it is not a good fit for me so I’ve requested to switch my physician and location.

Staff was pleasant. Dr. Lola Sode was very engaged and knowledgeable. My daughter felt comfortable.. My daughter has to return to College out of state and Dr. Lola took that in consideration when providing treatment.

The wait time was absolutely horrendous. I made my appointment smoothly, and thought everything was going to go smooth. I had to wait an hour to see a provider and was seen for a total of five minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I left the room and asked what was going on and if everything was okay. I was told that they thought the provider was already in there and that she should be there shortly. I went back in the room. At the hour mark, I got ready to leave, and the provider finally made it in the room. She was very nice and knowledgeable, but did not even do any type of testing to confirm the diagnosis.

It was extremely upsetting to wait an HOUR for a FIVE MINUTE appointment. I would suggest keeping this in mind if you have any type of plans. Additionally, there was only one other patient in the suite (I know this cause at the 30 minute mark I looked around and saw that only one other room was occupied.)

The lack of respect regarding a patients time is crazy, but it’s crazier since it’s a dermatologist with absolutely no life/death situations to warrant making a patient wait that long.

Dr. Sode and her assistant were such pleasure! Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sode’s professionalism and bed side manners are one of a kind. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and M.D Kehinde Olumenski was very detailed about my issues i came in with and suggested that i might have been misdiagnosed. She also suggested that she could get me a early appointment with another doctor for next year. Overall it was a good experience and now that i got insurance i will be coming back.

Efficient. Knowledgeable. Communicative. Supportive. This was my first visit and I really appreciate the level of service and care. Answered all of my questions without making me feel inadequate. Glad I found them and will definitely be back.
