The staff and patient assistant or whatever she is doesn’t listen to you or your concerns. We have never seen the doctor and have been a patient here for a year and a half. The staff has smart mouths. They are inconsistent. My grandma had an appointment today and they called early in the morning before anyone woke up to say that they don’t have a provider and they never left a message or called back to follow up before I wasted my gas going to this place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that really needs a doctor if you want to waste money on copays and waste your time this is definitely the place to go!

I met. Dr. Epps for the 11st time yesterday. He was amazing! He was personable. Had a great sense of humor. Listened to me fully. Even though I was his last patient he took time and didn't rush. I highly recommend Dr. Epps!

The office staff is absolutely incompetent. I can’t speak of Dr. Epps because I never saw him. I needed to see the doctor to get a Rx filled and the admin staff scheduled me FOUR different times on days when the doc wasn’t in. If you need to see a doctor, whatever you do, don’t go to this place. 0/10

I can’t say enough how poorly the staff treated me and my wife. Over the phone she raised her voice and hung up on me, in the office I saw someone with no name tag who doesn’t have any credentials listed on the website or even my visit summary. Not sure if I will ever go back again.
