Their great!! On time, Dr. deleon did a great job of informing me of my blood test and results. He seemed pleased with my results. I was very informed! Staff is great! Kim is great on the phone! Overall i was very satisfied with my visit!!

I have been seeing Dr. DeLeon since he first opened his practice here in Lake City. The office staff is pleasant and always willing to listen. Dr. DeLeon has always taken time to listen and he explains test results so that you can understand. He is truly a great doctor and I look forward to being his patient for years to come.

Love my Dr. He’s been my primary for years. Wouldn’t and couldn’t think of seeing anyone else ever.

The nurse practitioner needs some help though.
Not a very friendly person,
Last visit, was the last one to be seen and I overheard her say “Finally, the last one”

Dr. De Leon has been my Doctor for years he has Always done a Great job! His staff are top notch always professional and very knowledgeable. I know he cares about his patients bc I lost my right leg dew to a injury and was at UF Hospital and My Doctor De Leon found out and went out of his way to call and check on me. He's a Great person and I'm very greatful to have him to lookout for me.

Dr. Ernest Deleon listens to you, explains things to you to me he is an all around great doctor. His office staff listens to you and gets you in and out quickly. Office is very clean. I pray he will always be my doctor would not want another one he is the best.

(UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Yes, Dr Ernest DeLeon, 7 years ago & I am still sharing my experience on every forum I can find. I have all my paperwork to show his lack treatment and the outcome. Glad to know he is NOT with the Med Ctr anymore!!) I had a recurring abscess that was worse than before, badly infected, high fever of 102 and throwing up. Dr DeLeon sat on the other side of the room for the whole exam & only asked questions while visually seeing it from the other side of the room. He improperly diagnosed it as scar tissue, even tho it was rapidly growing, infection was noticeable, and my fever. He explained abscesses do not return to the same area & it was only a keloid. I asked if he would please call the Medical Center where he is affiliated, as they had lanced it 3 times in 9 years there. He would not & stated he knew what it was and multiple lancings proved it was scar tissue. Two days later I am in ER then rushed into emergency surgery to get rid of the abscess core and flushed with IV antibiotics because of sepsis risk. He then had the nerve to visit me on his rounds. Horrible Dr who did not listen to his patient or review the records available to him to understand & prevent this.
