I have been a patient with Dr E for over 10 years. I used to love it here. Recently, the service has been terrible. They do not return calls! I had a test done in October and have called them 4 times and left messages to receive the results (or make an appointment). Nobody has ever returned my calls. Also, the recent care of my 84 year old father was fair to poor.

Dr. Evangelista is a wonderful person and physician. He is caring and returns calls. I am a critical care nurse for 45 years. I’m new to Bridgeville. I had a hard time finding a caring PCP. This Doctor is worth the wait. Deb Welsh

like my Dr so I wish I didn't have to find a new one, but his staff is just extremely horrible and inefficient...2nd time I went for blood work just to find out there is no order...The woman in the lab gave me the fax number so I could call and have the order faxed over...The Drs office told me they couldn't do it until they spoke to him and he was busy. Soooo, I had to cancel my Dr appt, because they won't see me without the blood work....Idiots

Would rate -10 if I could. Poorly ran office. Excessively long wait times. Miscommunication between office staff/doctor/patient. Over books patients. All around bad experience and I'm not the patient, my elderly mother is. Given the run around when trying to address concerns regarding appointment time (delay in being seen in a timely fashion). Apparently, the concept of time and communication is of no concern here.

Dr narcissistic was too much to bear
Making me cry feel guilty
Saying I was complicated case
I had to constantly get second opinions or go to John Hopkins
I finally had to close this chapter and say goodbye
Waiting room looks like a prison
Sees 40 patients a day what’s that tell you no time to go over things calmly
Mental health lacking
Constant change of staff
12 yrs ago never like it is now
I finally said enough
Hard decision but it was time
I need a clinician to follow up and not project
Took it all to John Hopkins from now on

No one would call me back when I had a concern about the medicine I was precribed, I asked to speak with the practice admin never got a call back. Had a bill that I was harrased by their collections department when I called them I found out they never submitted the claim to my insurance. Sad way to treat patients
