My therapist, Breanne F, is excellent, extremely competent - knows her stuff! I had a full knee replacement. Bree gently nudged me when I wasn’t giving it my all. She’s the reason I have full range of motion in my knee after 5 weeks of therapy. I’m grateful to her dedication to her occupation. I plan on having the other knee replaced soon and have already booked her for those therapy sessions. I recommend Bree and Evolution for anyone needing physical therapy. The administrative staff is also top notch and very helpful with any insurance questions that may arise.

I recently had a knee replacement. Carrie Hamm's expertise and encouragement beginning two days after surgery were excellent. She described the purpose of all the exercises as I was going them, then sent me directions on how to continue on my own. My progress was immediate and within six weeks post surgery and twice a week therapy sessions, I am walking without a limp and measure 130 deg for my radius. My goal was reached and I attribute Carrie's professionalism for my success. I also enjoyed the facility and warm reception staff.

Carrie Hamm is an exceptional physical therapist who truly knows how to deliver results. I sought her out after seeing the impressive recovery of a volleyball teammate who, after ACL surgery, was able to perform a pistol squat thanks to Carrie’s treatment. Her expertise, particularly with dry needling, has drastically improved the mobility of my knee, allowing me to bend it much farther than I have in the past two years. While my previous therapist was kind, I didn’t experience this level of progress until I began working with Carrie. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor treatments to individual needs have made a remarkable difference in my recovery. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking targeted, effective physical therapy.

Carrie is amazing!! I went in for neck pain and headaches and she helped me get relief relatively quickly. Carrie did a lot of hands-on work, needling, and worked with me on strengthening exercises without judging me for having weak muscles - she was also consistently supportive of my progress. She spent more time when needed on rough spots and I trusted her to do her thing - always worked out for me. She's supportive and non-judgemental, and a very effective and knowledgeable PT. I highly recommend working with her.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Carrie Hamm, MPT, CIDN I & II, for a neck strain and limited range of motion, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After just five sessions, my condition significantly improved, thanks to Carrie's thorough assessment and tailored treatment plan. Carrie is a top-shelf PT, listens to concerns, and helps to formulate a successful plan for post-surgery recovery / rehab in accordance with the patient's goals of increasing strength, flexibility, and range of motion...I highly recommend her and Evolution Physical Therapy in general...
