I have gotten ACL surgery twice. When I was six months out of my second surgery, I began to hit a plateau so I decided to start seeing Aaron for more of a functional approach to physical therapy. In the last three months my quad strength has improved significantly and that wouldn’t have been possible without Aaron. He provides unique and tailored exercises and is receptive to all of my concerns. As a student in Athens with a busy schedule there were weeks where it was hard for me to physically come into Evolve for PT, so Aaron made me a personalized plan with in depth directions to follow at home.
