Visited Exer Urgent care twice unfortunately 😅, but can’t imagine a better team to care for me at a time of need! After my second visit a review was definitely needed! Upon arriving I received a warm welcome by Jen & Rozalin whom were very attentive to my concerns. The initial intake process was quick and they were always ready to help with a big smile! The wait to be seen wasn’t long either & they offer a | virtual line | option; which I think is great!

The medical staff was also very efficient, understanding and simply exceptional. Paul a medical assistant took care of me and the doctor was great! Overall my visit was excellent & I highly recommend this place! Not to mention it’s brand new and kept in great shape! ALSO there’s FREE parking downstairs.

Dr.Adili Khams made me feel very much at ease. He was detailed and thorough. He told me a great deal about my health. His tests will find out the reason for my health concern and I have great confidence in him. He told me what to tell my primary physician the next time I see him.

Brandon and Taylor are as nice and professional (and very human) as can be. I was taken care of so well. I felt like they cared about my condition. I won't forget that. I will let my friends nearby know that this health center is the place to go.

The radiology team was ready and available in-office by 8:00 a.m., ensuring timely diagnostics without delay. Their professionalism and coordination truly stood out, not just in my case, but in how they attended to every patient who walked through the door.

Char’Tarian Wilson himself was phenomenal. As a Black patient, I found his approach to care deeply affirming and refreshing. He communicated complex medical information in clear, accessible terms, empowering me with knowledge while demonstrating the advanced clinical judgment expected of someone in his role. His bedside manner, cultural awareness, and clinical expertise combined to create one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had.

I highly recommend Char’Tarian Wilson and his team for anyone seeking high-quality, respectful, and efficient medical care.

Had a dislocated shoulder. The website stated they had X-ray available (not all do). Took a 25 dollar Uber over to them only to find out they didn’t have X Ray via makeshift sign. Call before you go, pretty unhelpful. They told me to “try again tomorrow…maybe”

Everyone I dealt with was excellent, professional, seemed knowledgeable & took care in listening to all my concerns, it was a much smoother process than i anticipated (needed X-Rays) but i am thankful for it. Great staff, meticulous but very easy to deal with.
