I have never had such quick, wonderful service that made me feel just a little less sick than I did when I walked through the door. Tia is the best representative that ANY company could have because she has the sweetest smile and the way she greets clients makes us feel as if she really is happy to see us. She explained the insurance options that the facility accepted and patiently answered any questions that I had. She also kept all of the patients abreast of how long the wait may be and informed us of any delays. She is absolutely, 100% all-around awesome!

Dan has such a kind demeanor and thoroughly explained why certain medications weren’t recommended vs why he felt that something else was better. I think that when most of us get sick with a cold that lingers we assume antibiotics is the answer. He helped me to understand why that wasn’t a good idea and why his recommendation made more sense. I left feeling as if I could easily explain to my mom (who is a nurse) exactly why I wasn’t getting antibiotics, which is a big plus. He is SUCH a nice man, and I absolutely appreciated his care and knowledge.

My husband and I are here in GA visiting our kids, but if we get sick again while visiting, this is the only place we’ll come. Thank you so much for hiring sigh amazing people!!!

We had a great experience despite a broken finger! The receptionist was so sweet to my kids and even gave them a coloring book and crayons while we waited. I think we were in and out within an hour which included an X-ray and reviewing them with the PA. Extremely clean, customer service focused staff, and knowledgeable PA.

The staff here is so wonderful! My daughter and I had RSV, and they took such amazing care of both of us. They are all so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and I’m so glad they are so close by.

I cannot remember the front desk ladies name but she was so caring and attentive. Marie was amazing, compassionate and gentle. and Jennifer was amazing as well. definitely will be coming here if i need to again

My daughter was having a rough day that led to a trip to ExperCare here in Rincon. The ladies behind the desk, the nurses, and doctor were so so supportive and patient with us. They made sure she was comfortable by offering gifts from the prize box and rewarding her with a popsicle after refusing to provide a test sample. The treatment was quick but thorough. To top it all off they stopped what they were doing to sing her a happy birthday. We won’t be going to any other urgent care aside from this one. Phenomenal, all around. Thank you ladies!!

The customer service is top notch! My husband cut his finger really bad. They took us at the last hour of the evening and stayed over to put in 12 stitches. They went above and beyond. We can’t say thank you enough. Dan and Marie are above amazing

This is my 2nd time here ,1st time needing service for one of my children, and just so happened to be the one who HATES The fr ,dentist, any form of office visit and I mean ,it's a full on scene 9/10 times and one of us ends up crying usually both. This same 12 yr old boy left the rincon location tonight ,with meds for a double ear infection, and asking" mom? Can we make this my Dr. From now on? Please? I won't ever be afraid to go again?" . I am rare to post a review be it positive or negative ,I just never think about it hard enough to do so, but the experience had tonight, has to be praised . We walked in about an hour or so before closing , we kindly greeted by the lady at the desk and I really hope even though I can't recall her name ,that she gets her acknowledgement because she was so inviting and patient as we went thru the paperwork and insurance being a new patient and a minor . During this my son was pacing the lobby, biting his fingers and visibly terrified, and began asking questions about would he have to have a shot, what do they do for ear pain, and just making every attempt to comfort and calm his anxiety. The desk lady didn't skip a beat and jumped in to console him , and explain what she thought the next steps would be and spoke to my child not like an annoyance but a child who was scared and unsure and dealing with pain as well. We were called back ,no lie, soon as I signed my last form, and met by (please forgive me )Sharon. Or Shannon. And lemme tell ya she was perfect. She to could have been ready to go home ,it was late and I walk him with one kid a wreck and a Lil sister just bouncing happily along . She laughed and talked to my son in a way that made him feel like it was OK to chill,at one point ,while checking his Bpm, she looked at him and said " hey , take a breath for me, u have got to calm down" and proceeded to explain to him what the lil thingy on his finger was for and how it worked and what he could do to get the number down. Told him everything she was doing , was in control of the visit but in a way that allowed him to kinda lead as well, she very much wad the one leading but she figured out how to make it appear like he was the one calling the shots, yet he knew she was doing what she needed to. She was stinking AMAZING!! 3-4 mins,MAYBE ,Within 5 mins the Dr ( Dan, Dr Dan) was in and again,from start to finish he was all I could hope for ,no ,more than I hoped for the while thing was just , perfection . The Dr let my kid ask his worried questions, but still maintained the role of being in charge and he examined my son that usually has to be bribed, consoled, or made an appt for a other date due to hie extreme anxiety of the dr.in general that comes from a bad dental visit when he was smaller and they still used those funky boards to strap kids down. I couldn't praise this entire staff enough. I mean, what usually takes forever, and is met with annoyance and the feeling like even being there, your annoying someone, was the total opposite and I won't take my family any place other than Expertcare in Rincon after this . Well done from the front door to exam room, 100% perfection and I hate my review is so long and cheesy because I just really want the public to know what a great staff we have over in our Kroger shopping center and I really hope these folks get the recognition they deserve ,because they are literally operating at a standard, that I've yet to witness in Rincon until my experiences with them and I've been thru lots of Dr visits with a family with younger children. They have set the bar and it is HIGH, and they have done so , seemingly without even realizing it , they just dont hate their job or find seeing patients such an absolute disruption to their day as ive witnessed in other local offices. So if your wondering if u should give them a try,for u or a family member, Please do. U won't be sorry you did.
