From the scheduling process all the way up until my appt on 07/29/2024, the customer service a the Family Dental Center has been warm, polite and exceptional. At my appt I was greeted by the receptionists who were very nice. The dental technician was very careful and made me comfortable while taking my x rays. She was very nice! Dr. Patel was very nice and explained what I needed done clearly and answered all of my questions. I scheduled my next appt for the follow up procedure without any trouble. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had since moving to the state of Delaware 8 years ago.

Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable even though I was totally embarrassed about the way my teeth looked. The front desk lady patiently explained to me cost and payment options she answered all my questions. I can’t wait to get started on my new smile.

The people at the front desk are absolute trash. I am experiencing horrible pain and they advertise they open at 7am but can't answer the phone and they put you on hold without consent and the hold times for the wilmington office is out of control! Then the office called to let me know they won't service me because of my review lol they were faster checking out the review then answering my call. It was horrible service from the front desk. And they are mad over a review when I have legitimate pain.

This place is more concerned with reviews then the health of their patients. They didn't like my review so they refused to service me. Well I dont like that they advertise being open at 7am and not answering the phone until 8 and when they finally did answer they put me on a immediate hold without consent and had me on hold forever and never checked back in with me. The front desk people are absolutely disgusting and I highly discourage anyone to go here!
