I hate the scheduler Pam! Shes unfit for her job. So rude and unprofessional. If you're not white she will use any excuse just so you don't get to be seen knowing your need is medically urgent. She wasted my entire day today trying to conform to her countless requests regarding insurance information and all. Once I was ready with the information she then said you have to pay the deductible in order for us to do the schedule. I also agree with the others that the energy in this clinic is weird n unwelcoming. I won't be taking my family back here.

I went to an appointment because of planter fasciitis, I originally had the same issue 3 years ago and they helped me, this time Dr.Lee saw me and did nothing but said they’d review my insurance and reschedule to scan my feet. I was informed before the appointment that I’d have to pay fully at the time of the appointment. I was charged around $165 and told I’d be contacted to come back in to scan my feet but that never happened. I was then sent an additional bill by text for another $160ish and a link to pay. Since I fully paid at the time of the first appointment I did not tender anymore money. To date I’ve never been contacted to reschedule to scan my feet. I has been at least a month and I’ve never received a call to reschedule to get my feet scanned. I’ve wasted my money with this company. I would suggest that you schedule with someone else since they are not a reputable company and do not follow thru with patients but continue to charge more than what was originally paid. Beware!!!!!

If you want to avoid being ripped off and running in circles, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. They seem to target older and disabled individuals, manipulating costs without providing itemized receipts.

As a younger person on disability and a longtime Medicare recipient, I was taken aback by my experience. I went in for a general foot wellness check and to get fitted for orthotics and diabetic shoes. Dr. Weldon Murry was polite, but I felt he spent more time talking than actually helping. When I inquired about a thickened toenail, he mentioned he could send samples to a lab in Little Rock but only took two tiny clippings from my toenails. Despite having clippers at his disposal, he recommended I schedule a separate appointment for a toenail clipping covered by Medicare, which left me confused. I really had the idea he was following some type of script laid out by Dr. Bisbee in order to make the office more money.

He mentioned a “house formulated” toenail polish for $40 that he claimed would help with fungus, but I declined. When I asked about the orthotics and shoes, he said he would send a referral to Hangar, a prosthetics company, warning me multiple times that they were very slow to respond.

At the end of the visit, I was stunned to learn my co-pay was $80. Since Medicare covers 20% of visits, that means the clinic deemed my appointment to be worth $400! I was incredulous and requested an itemized receipt, but the front desk simply provided a total without any documentation. This is a very expensive visit to get nothing in return.

I never received the promised itemized receipt despite numerous follow-up calls. I left messages with various staff members and Dr. Bisbee and finally, the insurance representative called me back, assuring me the receipt would be sent shortly. Instead, I received a $60 refund for an overcharge, but still no receipt—$60 is a significant amount for someone on a fixed income!

The issues didn’t end there. After waiting 90 days for my orthotics order, I learned it had been canceled because Dr. Murry’s office didn’t respond to Hangar’s requests for information. My toenail samples never even made it to the lab. The day after my appointment, I received a notification in my Mercy app indicating new test results, but it was a blank document. When I contacted my primary care physician for clarification, he also saw a blank report and advised me not to return to this clinic. I know Dr. Murry is no longer here, and I am glad for that. I don't feel he was the entire problem at all. Just following orders.

This entire ordeal was exhausting and frustrating. I can only imagine how vulnerable seniors might feel in this situation. Please do not let your loved ones come here; they could be sold unnecessary products and overcharged for services. Save yourself the trouble—STAY AWAY from this clinic!

I saw Dr. Lee on August 8. I was not at all satisfied with the visit. She was very abrupt. She wouldn't let me explain what was happening with my feet. She pressed on various areas of my feet and ask if there was pain. When I tried to pondered how it felt and give a response she abruptly said yes or no. That's pretty much how the visit went. I won't go back

Everyone in the family is a patient of Dr. Bisbee’s! She was very attentive and patient with my dad when he had foot issues due to his stroke. Dr. Bisbee is thorough and takes care of her patients. She’s involved in the community and has a generous heart of giving back.

I have been to a different high rated podiatrist in the area that only looked at my feet once I asked him to and was told there was really nothing that could be done for my issue. At this podiatrist office I was asked to remove my shoes and asked many questions regarding history. Then had X-rays taken to determine the extent of the problem and then Dr Bisbee gave a thorough examination and advised of the options I had. COMPLETELY different experience that was 100% positive. Thank you Dr Bisbee!

Amazing experience. I saw Doctor Nancy Lee for 3 ingrown toenails. Got two of them removed today. Super painless. She is very nice and made the procedure easy. The receptionist is very nice too and was very down to earth. Great place and super friendly staff. I am going again in a few weeks to get the other foot dealt with and am not worried about it at all. 10/10 experience.
