Staff must want to lose their licenses . I heard conversations about patients while standing at the desk awaiting check in. I won’t be back. They will be discussing my chart in front of other clients. I gues HIPPA isn’t a real thing.I saw the PA who was so focused on her explanation of the other tests and labs as though I hadn’t completed the 4th grade. You wouldn’t talk down to other professionals. I have an entire Bachelor degree as well as a Masters. I could go back to the South if I want to be profiled and stereotyped.

This is the worst doctors office I ever seen in my life.. TRUST ME .. Please .. had better service at the free clinic in West Philly. Unprofessional, every problem you come in for the doctor prescribe you an antibiotic. This place need to be shut down .

Not a patient waiting for a patient. In the 40 min I have heard these ladies talk about a patient and their smell and how bad it was and that it was shame and started complaining about another patient. Absolutely pitiful if I could they wouldn't have a star at all

I was at this building seeing another doctor and was sitting in the reception area when I heard the most unprofessional people working in this office. I couldn’t see the lady that was talking on the phone with one of their patients but I could definitely hear here. The way she was speaking was absolutely unbelievable, unnecessary and down right rude!! Then another lady sitting at the front desk was waiting on a patient with the same level of complete rudeness! All the whole, the other lady was shouting on the phone with another patient. These ladies need to be retrained starting with how to speak to people in a professional and courteous manner. Thank God this is not my doctors office,
I feel terrible for the patients that have this deal with this on a daily basis!!

I was harassed, and block from leaving after I told the doctor I was reporting his very unprofessional behavior. I felt scared and ran out when he finally moved out from infront of the door after I told him I was going to call the cops. 10 out of 10 I would recommend that you find a different doctor. This isn't even all of it. Just the sum.. find a new doctor. Seriously.

The most unprofessional doctor office I’ve ever been in my life over 40 years of living! They have no customer service etiquette! One of the girls at the desk name Hannah even got smart with me and try to belittle me and said she’s been there for two months employed! The office staff is very on organized!! Dr. Elmedkhar wrote me a script and then the office staff said he did not claiming I was lying and then so I i Request to speak to the doctor but he refused to speak with me even after I showed them a copy of the script that he wrote! Told me to go to URGENT CARE if I need anything! This is by far the worst practice I’ve ever experience in my life! GET A NEW PCP!! This one will be in court soon!

He is a great doctor and he spends a lot of time with you. He is very fair and accommodates to his patients' needs.
What I like about him is that he is honest, funny, and engaging. He establishes good rapport with his patients and is always striving to learn more.

I can understand some having issues with the phone service. It is hard to get through sometimes. But, I have to say, they did add the health portal so I can schedule appointments and ask questions through there.
I always receive an answer, get my meds refilled, referrals, etc. The staff is excellent and very personable, and the doctor listens to me and truly wants to help.
