My son has been coming here for over 4yrs , I love that they are professional and service is impeccable ! My son got his braces removed last week and he loves his new smile !

I would not recommend it.  They open once a week only, and it is impossible to reschedule. They told me my kid needs to be seen every 6 weeks, but when I need to reschedule (due to her test date at school), it is 5 months away.  They don't care about you, only their business, which only opens once a week. No one on the phone can answer your questions, just the doctor, which you have to schedule to meet in another 3 months ....
Scheduled go meet at 2, came in at 2 and no one to see us until 2:30. The next time we were scheduled for 3:30, came in at 3:30, checked in. No one attended us. Came asked the receptionist at 15:55 and did not have a clear answer when we would be seen. Her attitude is also very weird. Got no excuse or sorry about the wait. You just wait and they don't care.
Don't waste your time.
I would give  0* if there is an option.

The first consul with Yuritza is incredibly professional. She made us feel comfortable during visits. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and has positive energy! Quite frankly I am surprised at any of the bad reviews written about this office. My son has Invisalign and seeing the results was absolutely incredible! Few more months to finished treatment. That I started treatment for myself too and for past year we haven’t had any issues with the staff or scheduling. I highly recommend (Invisalign for busy moms and afterschool sports).

Open 1 day a week. The office has called and canceled at least 2-3 appointments because of staff issues, which is a pain to then try and reschedule. They do not stick to original plan discussed prior to braces. I'd advise parents to go back with your child to get any updates from the actual orthodontist. Daughter has left her appointments at least twice in tears because they have misled her on the plan. They won't touch my other 3 kids.

Four kids, 8 years. Constantly moved appointments out 4-8 weeks at a time (facility, not us), 3/4 kids in braces 1.5 years longer than promised due to delayed appointments, don’t even know who orthodontist is because so many in and out over the years, appointments always begin at least 30 minutes after time, sometimes as much as an hour and a half. We went here because same office as dentist and have regretted for many years. Only open on Tuesdays and you can’t go to other offices because it’s a different dr - even when we don’t have one. Do not recommend.

I am very shocked and almost suspicious of their reviews, possibly that is history and things are bad now. My daughter had her braces done here. The service and experience was bad, some of the issues are.. hoping this will help at least one family from the pain:
1. they didn't tell us that they only do appointments once a week for braces before we paid $4000, so every time we had to deal with a loose brace or lost bracket, we have to wait until that one day of the week.
2. The braces were not done right, 5 out of 10 times we go for adjustments they would, a bracket would fall off or they didn't trim the string properly and it would hurt the child

Doctors are great but they only see patients once a week even though they have several locations and many doctors in the group you aren't allowed to go schedule for another location or doctor. If you have to reschedule your appointment next appointment is always another 6-8 weeks out and your doctor wants to see the patients every 6-8 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this practice at all. On top of all that you not be able to even talk to your doctor on the phone to discuss treatment plan without an appointment that is impossible to get.
