Very good orthodontist. 4 stars bc of an orthodontist assistant's rude behavior, but Family Orthodontics took quick measure to fix the problem. We are incredibly happy with our daughter's care.

The whole staff is amazing. I have been going here 3 years and I love how my smile is turning out. Yes I know I was suppose to been out of my braces but it’s my fault lol. But I would definitely recommend the McDonough location to anyone

They treat my daughter well and are generally nice, but the time management at this place is outrageous. They are ALWAYS overbooked and are never ready at your SCHEDULED appointment time. It’s incredibly frustrating. If they are running behind and you need to reschedule, it takes MONTHS to get back in. Time management really needs to be something they should work on. Our time as patients is valuable. We are paying for a service. A full service, which should include starting at our scheduled times. It would be different if this was an infrequent problem, but it happens all the time.

I paid my bill in full march of 2021. In the summer of 2022 they said the insurance didn't provide the discount they were offering and that I owed them $100. After about 30 min with the office manager they said they would try one more time with the insurance, but if it didn't work was told I wouldn't have to worry about the 100 either way that they would take it off the account. They now have a new office manager and they are telling me I owe them $100 on 11/13/23.

Place is great staff is awesome. Just wish someone would of told me I was going to waste gas for them to tell me my daughter wasn't going to get seen bc it wasn't an emergency after i clearly called the call center and told them it wasn't an emergency and they put her down for emergency anyways. I appreciate the the lady who didn't get out of hand with me even though I was being a little feisty i know it wasn't her fault but call center, you need to do better. Better training on their side would be highly appreciated before people drive 30 min and get sent home pointless.

It’s only been four months, but we have two kids in braces with them and they have bent over backwards for us. This past week, one of my kids had a emergency issue. I took a chance and we walked in unexpected, and they took her back within 15 minutes and had her all fixed up. Every time we’ve been in the office, they have been so nice and helpful.

Horrible experience with Family Orthodontics in McDonough. I regret bringing my child here for braces. Their appointment availability does not meet treatment plan, and communication is non-existing. I’ve been calling the office for weeks to get assistance, and I am yet to receive a phone call back.
