I arrive to my appointment 15 mins early (12:42p) for my 1p appointment. I was immediately stopped by someone eating in the lobby (mouth full) telling me I had to leave and come back at 1p... I couldn't sign in? I couldn't wait in the lobby? So I had to wait in my car and watch other patients walk in behind me. So I'm a little upset and confused.

My daughter has not been seen since may however I'm paying money each month.During the may appointment you all had no receptionist and I was told someone will call me to schedule an appointment.Then once I called to set an appointment for my child you guys say oh in nov she can come like really!!!! You won't get another dime for me seeking new doctor and facility. Don't waste your time coming here for your child they just want the money and they don't want to provide services

My daughter has finally started her smile journey and so far I am very pleased with the level of service received at the Morrow location. The office has a steady flow of customers but the entire staff is always very friendly and professional. Big shout out to Eleanor who got us started. Her upbeat and down to earth personality was an added plus. Keep up the Amazing work!

So this has happened once and we witnessed it twice.My sister is a patient here and she told everything.The main problem was my mom asked to pay half that time and the other half another day,and one of your receptionists said no.However,when we asked for a translator since my mom spoke another language,the translator said yes.Another time was yesterday when we witnessed one of the receptionist being nice to other people but not the same for people my ethnicity.
