If I could give them a minus ⭐️, I would. So very disappointed! My husband and I had our first visit for a wellness check at the end of December, and now we've been billed because, according to them, my husband's care provider (AJ Davis) does not perform wellness checks for first-time patients.
Interestingly, during the appointment, he did not mention that and actually performed a wellness check. This is misleading. When I raised the issue, the lady I spoke to gave all kinds of excuses, justifications, and lies! Even Carl Johnson, MD, justified it by saying that every clinic operates differently, but honestly, it seems like every practitioner does too—one provider performs wellness checks for first-time patients, and another does not!

I highly recommend Family Practice Associates! From the minute you walk in the door, you are always greeted and treated kindly. Getting an appointment is easy. The Doctor, , Physician Assistants, Nurses, and staff are the best. Everyone at this office genuinely cares about you. They are Professional, Personal Knowledable, and Sympathetic!

My husband and I found ourselves in search of a new practice after ours closed suddenly. I contacted Family Practice Associates was given the procedures for getting our records transferred, filled out the paperwork and they called and scheduled us an appointment, I loved that they scheduled us back-to-back on the same day. We saw AJ Davis and he was great, listened carefully and included us in on options for treatment. I can tell you that I wish I had been with this practice a long time before now. I left feeling like I had a plan for moving forward not just till the next visit, but a plan we will be working on to achieve the desired results. I use to like the dr here, but last time I went, actually Tuesday at 1045am, so the lady said wait in my car for a half hour at 90+ degrees, I didn’t have a symptoms this is ridiculous. My air is broken my car. I’m not sitting out there for a half hour the misdiagnosis That I got from them and then I still give him another shot and after this that’s ridiculous. I will find doctor heartbeat.
