I don't know who is scheduling appointments today 12/31/2024, but she is RUDE as hell. As someone who work with medical staff, this is why majority of the members call in to .ake complaints about their doctor offices. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Casteel and she didn't tell me she was transferring me all i know is I had someone voicemail. I call back and midway through what I was trying to convey she transferred me again. It's people like her that will make a person snap and go off on the staff. If you don't like your job find another job and let someone who is willing to assist with a patients and have a positive attitude work there and assist.She truly needs to be relieved of her duties.

I went to this doctor’s office a few months ago for a new patient visit. I was warned by the nurse that the doctor I was seeing talked a lot, that was fine I don’t mind. I ended up being there for two hours, the entire time he was talking about all of his propaganda from YouTube. Showing me YouTube videos on his personal beliefs. He claimed that all of my illnesses, including my bipolar depression, would be cured if I only ate a diet of meat and only ate one time per day. I explained to him that I am an animal lover and I don’t agree with eating so much. He said I needed to anyways. I was there for a prescription refill, had to do a new patient visit. The prescription I needed was not sent in like he was supposed to. One month later I had to call the office and ask them why I did not get the prescription. They said that they would call the nurse and get the prescription sent in. They did not. I had to call again a month later when I ran out again from a previous doctor’s prescription I had to get because the pervious month he hadn’t. Now the next month they stil did not give me my prescription that was the ENTIRE reason I went in for. They also double charged me a new patient visit and when I talked to the billing they said that the insurance paid half of it but they had to use two different codes for it and I had to pay the second, because that’s how their system works. The insurance paid for the new patient visit yet they’re charging me personally for a second charge for my new patient visit. The one took me two months to get the prescription that I originally went in for, and the visit I had propaganda and false cures shoved down my throat. I’m still expected to pay them even after I explained everything to them. That is how he practices they said. Well you need to tell NEW PATIENTS this BEFORE the visit. He didn’t help me with anything other then the controlled substance prescription. Do not go here!

Beware ⚠️ ⚠️ Dr Michael is not ok when my blood pressure was up he would not prescribe me medicine for it even after I went to the hospital I beg him and finally got it . This man told me the government trying to kill us with the food we eat scared the me so bad. I was in the office for hours hearing about government conspiracy theories and he also is showing me everything on line about the plants told me not to eat them their not for humans consumption. The nurse warned me before I went back to the room this man loves to talk she was laughing but it was not funny. After I came out the nurse apologized for him. I had online dr visit after that and try to record him but it didn't work that was the last time I talk to the doctor there never again this happen a year ago I still don't trust doctors he made it worse. I only talk to the doctor on the doctors app online she beg me to go to the hospital two months ago because of my heart rate issues glad I listened it save my life but still have trust issues with Dr because this Dr. Michael. Don't Go Here

Everybody there is nice.Dr Fulton is a very caring person.if there is a health problem he will get to the bottom of it.If he can't he will refer you to the right Dr..I highly recommend this office and Dr's there.The wait time is good.

Not long ago, I went to see Dr. Reynolds. I cannot recall her first name. I told her that I have 3 chronic health conditions and that I didn't want to go to Houston Healthcare Pavillion anymore because every time I went there it was the "doctor of the week club" with my seeing a different doctor every time. I told her I was looking for one doctor and one doctor only that I could have a good doctor/patient relationship with. When I said this, she looked... perplexed. One of my chronic conditions is one that doctors don't know much about and I brought documentation about it for her to review. She was very professional but very aloof and cold. She barely even looked at me. She didn't even take the paperwork about my condition that I had printed out for her. I was heartbroken because I really need help. I was going to try another doctor there, but I was so turned off by her attitude that I don't even want to try. I don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully. Obviously I won't get the help I need at THIS medical facility, and you probably won't either.

I went in 2 days earlier before my appointment couldn't see a Dr I was 15 minutes late on my Dr appointment due to a traffic accident and still couldn't see a Dr at this place is not ran professional they have a Karen at front desk that is not capable for the position and a black boss that don't understand how to resolve a issue this was on a Friday afternoon at 330 I guess everyone was leaving early every Dr I have ever been too be late calling you in back and the Dr be late come in the room to see me once I get in back in a room with that been said this was a nightmare for me to go without my blood pressure med for two weeks until next appointment is cruel and unnecessary punishment my health is more important than 15 minutes late this is not a place you trust for your health care Thanks

Awful place to go too. Refused to honor my appointment, that I had waited 3 months for. Due to me having a unpaid balance I knew nothing about.
Wanted me to pay on a bill I never received and would not allow me to keep my appointment until I paid something on the bill I never received. They are awful and playing with people's lives. I am truly done with this facility and if I were you I would never use their services.

This place is just nasty the bathroom has shit on the wall. They say it's cleaned 3 days a week. Just hand to hand nasty. My last time here 👋🏽
