I’m absolutely petrified of getting my blood work done — Sheba did mine today and did such an amazing job. She was so patient with me and talked me through the whole thing. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when having to get my blood taken. The whole team was super understanding and supportive, and made it a great experience.

I love this practice. Barry Peterson and Dr. Lee have been phenomenal. Even when I've come to see other physicians, they've been kind and there to assist.

On the other hand, Tessa, the receptionist on the "sick" side has an awful, smug energy and it needs to be addressed. I decided to take the high road because she wasn't worth me receiving care for my child. You all must know, not all parents will feel that way.
When people are coming in with ill kiddos, the last thing they want to deal with is a nasty attitude from someone who does check ins.

My advice to her directly, if you don't enjoy your job and lack empathy, leave! Make room for someone who does.

The wait time was a bit longer than usual this last time, but it happens.

Again, I am grateful for all the help I've recieved thus far! You all have been wonderful.

I’ve been a patient here for about a year. I can not say anything negative about this practice. I can call and leave a voicemail and I receive a call back on the same day to follow up with me. The wait time is never long; waiting room or while in the examination room. David was great and Dr. DeVeau is amazing. I’ve seen him twice. The RN that works with him is pleasant to speak with and she’s has a joyful demeanor. The front staff, lab tech, etc. have all been professional and friendly. I can send messages through my patient portal and always receive quick feedback.

Dr Deveau is terrific, he answers all questions and concerns. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.  Appreciate the quick appointment time when I needed it the most.

First Georgia Physician Group in York Town Fayetteville GA is a great place to take your family to. They have caring Doctors, Nurses and front desk staff that cares and welcomes you as soon as you walked in. Both the Doctors and nurses including their lab technicians have great attitudes. They have excellent doctors with great experience and cares about their patients. My husband and l have been the patients there for years.

While the physical office is nice and convenient.
I will not see Dr. Kong again. While on a phone call to get answers regarding test results, the staff representing her, spoke down to me and I felt like a number while trying to get answers to my health. I could tell the staff member tried to get my questions answered by putting me on hold to speak to the Dr but returned to the phone call with no answers. Ultimately received no information/guidance and told if I was concerned to see a specialist.
Left a very unprofessional tone, and no regard for my health.

Dr. Deveau and staff are excellent! He takes the time to hear your problems and is very responsive. I have been a regular patient for the past 3 years and whether it is an annual check-up or a visit because I am sick, they take great care of me.

We have been patients at this facility for many years and the staff at this location are always very polite and welcoming. Our care has always been excellent. Dr. Grayson and her staff are very knowledgeable and caring. They take the time needed to to make sure all of our questions are answered and we that we understand what we have been told.
