First, I want to say that the staff is very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. I went in to have two toenails removed. As others have mentioned, I waited for about 1.5 hrs to be seen. Not great, but not the worst as I just wanted me toenails taken care of.
Well apparently the doctor used an outdated method of nail removal on my toe. He put a curtain up to block my view (which I was grateful for because that stuff grosses me out).
I'm almost certain he used a clamp on my toe to numb it. I had a gnarly bruise at the base of my joint for a couple weeks. This has caused permanent nerve damage on my toe. It's been a little over a month and still hasn't gone away. After speaking with other medical professionals, this is an extremely outdated way of removing your nails... probably because it can cause..you guessed it..nerve damage.
The actual nail bed is fine, and the nail removal itself went fine. I normally wouldn't post reviews, but I just want to warn other people about this. I can't speak to the quality of any of the rest of their care because I only had my toenail removed. I was not told that this is how he was going to remove it. Obviously I thought that since he is a veteran doctor in this field, I could trust his work. Do your research and ask lots of questions before your let anyone do a procedure on you.

ALWAYS takes forever to be seen. I've never been seen less than 45 minutes late. Worse, the office staff are unapologetic and sassy. Even after discussing it with management, the wait times and demeanor of the staff are still intolerable. The doctor is OK, but he needs a new office (building is musty and gross) and needs to fire his office staff and find new ones.

I had surgery December 2018 and I am thrilled to report I'm well on my way to a full recovery. I am already back swimming and doing Pilates and even Yoga! Dr. DiPalma performed (almost) the same surgery on my right foot about 3 years ago and I was now ready to do the left one. I am 100% pleased with him and his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Podiatrist.

Waited 2 hours and my husband decided that was long enough. They said it was because the forms needed to be entered but he had done them online 2 weeks ago. Had to show ID cards twice. Not impressed

I have NOT SEEN Dr. Dipalma personally, but I did call trying to get an appointment for debilitating pain and told the person I couldn't even walk on one of my feet. At first, she said she was looking for cancellations and then I was told they were going to be closed for a couple of weeks. I was surprised and she lightheartedly said, "Doctors take vacations too." Then I wasn't quite sure what she meant by the earlier mention of cancellations if they were going to be closed and said in a let-me-think way, "Yeah. That's just a long time..." thinking I wanted to be seen sooner & wondering whether it was possible. Then she said something like, "Thank you" and then... Hung. Up. That was extremely rude, unprofessional, and I'm very reluctant to ever try calling again. It's a shame too because he may be an excellent doctor.

Dr. Dipalma has taken his time to care for the problems I’ve been having with my foot. He took the time to really find issues and not just give me a shot or medicine and send me away. He takes his time and actually shows concern. I am now hopefully headed into the direction of resolving my foot pain and I’m very appreciative of him as well as his staff
