Firstly when you walk into the office there’s an abundance of POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS EVERYWHERE! That in it self should tell you where I’m about to go with this. Not only is the office filled with positive affirmations but the staff and the DOCTOR are all amazing! Dr Clements is the most amazing Dr I’ve EVER come in contact with. She not only treats your feet but also your body and mind as a whole. She’s unlike most Dr’s and even if you don’t have feet problems, you need to make an appt! She actually cares for her patients whom all seem like family. If you or anyone you know that may have feet issues PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPT! Dr Clements is the BEST Podiatrist I’ve ever encountered and would go as far to say person as well. Thank you so much Flat Shoals Foot and Ankle for the care and attention you gave to my feet and my heart !

There is less than zero value for patient’s time. Waited 3 hours to be seen on my first visit and 1 hour my second. They told me the staff was on lunch which is what caused the 3 hour wait - why are you scheduling appointments during lunch They apologized and said I would be seen immediately on visit 2 which was not the case. I walked out after an hour so upset. Horrible practice, patients deserve better than this.

This is a great place to go. I am always inspired each time I go. Dr. Clements is such a wonderful doctor. She takes wonderful care and listens to her patients. The staff is also excellent. I saw LaShonda today. She did an excellent job with my feet as she took her time and made sure everything was perfect before Dr. Clements came in to see me. I may not feel the best when I get there, but I always feel great after I get there. Dr. Clements is such an inspirational doctor, teacher and person.

Excellent visit each and everytime, Dr Clements is very sweet and patient. She cares for each patient as if you’re the only one in the office. Her staff likewise is very caring and very professional.

ABSOLUTELY no respect for her patients time! I an am a caregiver for my 86 yr old mother, as well as I work full time. I’ve been bringing my mother to Dr Clements every 3 months for the last 3-4 years, and at least half, if not 3/4 of the time, we aren’t seen by the doctor for at least 1 to 1.5 hours past our appt time! We are put in a room to then sit there and wait for ridiculous amounts of time, to then only talk to the Dr for 5 min. My mother doesn’t even have any major issues with her diabetes, so I don’t know why the drs time management is so bad. I’ve finally had enough, and will find a new podiatrist who respects that I don’t have 1/2 a day to waste

My first visit was fine, although I didn't see any improvements - but on my followup visit, they kept me waiting for 2 hours past my appointment time (1 hour in the waiting room, 1 hour in a roasting back room). They did not update me on when I'd be seeing the doctor the entire time. I ended up leaving at the two hour mark after being told 30 minutes before that I'd be seen "shortly". No one apologized for this. My time has been disrespected and I won't be returning.

I’ve been here like 4 times I think and each time was pleasant from all aspects . This last time tho was a bit frustrating due to my long wait time and being hungry . My appointment was at 11am and I arrived at 1050am. It was 1145 when I became agitated and decided to reschedule. I was asked to please wait another 5mins and i was next . Which I did and which I was next . Jenny saw the frustration on my face because I’m normally a happy positive patient and asked what was wrong . I gave her the run down and she informed me she was the manager and would make sure things run smoother next time . She was very apologetic and offered me water and a snack 😊❤️....... In times like this the front desk receptionist should always communicate with the patients . People are already frustrated with the world as a whole so we must be each other’s positives.
