We are new to Dr. Flores office, but I am so, so happy we found him for our son. (My daughter also goes to this office but she sees a female doctor). If you are looking for a kind, caring pediatrician he is a wonderful choice. I was so impressed with the time he spent talking to my son about his interest, physical sports activities my son is involved with, his mental and physical wellbeing each time we visit Dr. Flores. He truly genuinely care about my kids; not just going thru the motion....we had experienced doctors office where it feels rushed and you are not heard.

We have had to visit Dr. Flores about six times in just over two months and we are always able to: 1) get an appointment as quickly as possible 2) his staff is quick to get back to you...I never have to follow up with calls to their office 3) they are accommodating and efficient. I just love his office and staff. They are there when you need them the most...emergency situations. Let me give you two examples...

My kids needed a sports and camp health forms completed asap. His office got the forms done and didn't charge us a fee. Amazing!!! Other offices would charge us. It's really annoying when its the same forms but you just need a doctor's signature on the form. Anyway, it was really nice not to be charged.

My son had an emergency surgery for a potential life-threatening medical condition. At the initial onset of pain, I didn't know what was wrong so I called Dr. Flores' office. Explain the symptoms and situation and they recommended I immediately go to ER. Their office didn't waste valuable time having us go their office then referring us to ER. I have had other similar experience and it was a lot of wasted time and copay. Long story short, we ended up at E.R. and had spent 7 hours in triage center ER Torrance Memorial and the final conclusion was he needed surgery. While waiting for my son to be prepped for surgery, post surgery and when we got home, I got a total of four calls from Dr. Flores office to follow up and to check up on my son. They schedule my son for a post surgery appt to see Dr. Flores and to make sure he was recovering well. My son ended up having some infection around the incision site so we saw Dr. Flores immediately and he got him on antibiotics which helps my son recovery faster without further complications.

I highly recommend Dr. Flores as a healthy practitioner. He's a local to our community so he knows the ends and outs of the school districts and the health environiment i.e., health issue outbreaks, etc. .He's a parent so he understands all about the trials and tribulations of parenting which helps when you are dealing growing kids and their issues. You really can't go wrong with his office.

너무나 좋고 재미있으신 의사선생님입니다.제가 보았던 미국인 소아과 의사선생님중에 제일 좋았어요. 두 아들 다 선생님을 좋아해서요 병원도 그리고 스탭분들도 너무 친절했네요. He was one of the best pediatricians I've ever known. He was super nice and kind to my two sons. His office is full of toys. My oldest son already misses him.

Amazing interaction with pediatric patient and with parents in explaining medical issues. ALWAYS replies back when asked a question. The medical portal is up to date and maintained.
Dr. Flores has been instrumental with the care of our child who has several learning disabilities. An amazing doctor working with an amazing staff.

Great medical group. They are professional and thorough. They take the time to examine their patients and listen to concerns. They give good advice and options. I would recommend Peninsula Medical Group to anyone looking for a good pediatrician.
