I came all the way from San Antonio to have a breast lift and augment. My provider was Dr. Parks. He is very to the point and knowledgeable with his practice. I enjoyed working with him and the staff. I did a consultation via zoom, then came down for my pre-op on a Monday, has surgery on Friday, post-op on the following Monday and then everything else he has been able to do telehealth which is super convenient. Would 10/10 recommend and will use them for any future elective surgeries.

The people that work in the office were very kind at all the follow-up appointments and the anesthesiologist was great at explaining what to expect before, during, and after the surgery (I had never been put under before).

Dr. Parks was very kind at all appointments and before the actual surgery. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent about what to expect. After the surgery, he gave me his cell phone number and was VERY responsive. This was my first major surgery so I’m sure I was often anxious over nothing, but he never made me feel like a burden and continued to respond to all of my questions and normalize my experience.
