Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful! Saw Dr. Sutherland this time and felt the appointment was rushed. Gave minimal recs about my foot issues never asked if I had any questions. Wouldn't recommend him. If I return would instead request Dr. Hintze, who I saw previously. He’s attentive, thorough, and takes the time to answer all questions while offering great recs.

Dr.Cass performed my surgery last week. (Hurt my right foot pretty extensively in a car Accident) I was so nervous but she put me at such ease, updating my husband periodically and making us both feel so comfortable. I will be down for about six weeks, but with her as my doctor there’s no doubt I’ll be walking again asap! Also to add, I had to call the office today. I was feeling a little down and the upbeat, sweet attitude of the Kahadijah, who answered the phone immediately brought my spirits up!!

Paula, Carlos and Dr Hintze are the most amazing team I have ever encountered!!! They were so patient with my 85-year-old mom, and showed compassion beyond anything I have seen in a long time! So refreshing and extremely appreciated, especially during a challenging time in our lives. I only wish they treated EVERYTHING so we'd never have to go anywhere else!

My last visit was with Dr Cass. I don’t know much about her but Dr Hintze wanted me to see her for an additional opinion. I discovered at my visit with her was what appeared as some staff changes, Dr Hintze is out and not due back until September. After seeing her I didn’t get any useful information. They had my schedule wrong, expected me to wait an additional hour after being there an hour earlier for the time set and I was going to leave until Dr Cass did see me. She’s very nice but as I said didn’t get any useful information.

She as well as Dr Hintze know how extremely disappointed and upset that after five surgeries that should have been one simple procedure have nade my ankle/foot much worse than what I came in for. I trusted Dr Hintze throughout these past close to five years. Each surgery caused additional problems which in turn required me to go through additional procedures. I was constantly told that this procedure would fix that problem only to either make it worse or cause yet other issues that are extremely ongoing painful experience.

I could go on about how difficult these were individually especially since I have had spinal surgeries as well hoping my foot would be fixed but to have been disappointed each time. When your in constant pain, you do whatever it takes to fix the problem no matter what. And what makes it worse is to have a doctor tell you every time that he’s got you and will take care of you. Take the money part out of this, but this hurt me as much physically as it did mentally. And here I am five years later, in worse pain than what I originally came in for and now fed up. I’ve seen other Physicians more Orthopedic than Podiatrist suggested by several of my personal Physician friends.

I could easily expand my review but will hold off until I get final determination and then comment again. I leave this really sad that it’s like this, I had considered Dr Hintze a friend going back 13 years and trusted him. He is a very nice man and very personable but probably should have had a second opinion before letting him do the first procedure that started it all.

I don't understand some of these reviews, Dr Cass is a great doctor and I am a type one diabetic everybody in the office took very good care of me and everyone is very nice. I would recommend this to all my friends. This is the only foot doctor in the last 40 years that I've been a diabetic who is actually been very careful with my feet, As they hurt from having neuropathy. When she clips my nails I barely feel it, and trust me my feet are highly sensitive and hurt painfully. It is An awesome feeling to have a doctor that cares so much about her patients!!! ?

My wife went there to have her ingrown toenail fixed after a previous surgery failed. He was very professional, and performed the surgery the same day. My wife didn’t have to wait long at all upon arrival and the care team was extremely nice. She said Dr. Hintze was very understanding of her having to work the next day and made sure she was not in any pain. Being a healthcare professional myself I appreciated how the doctor gave my wife wonderful care. You are in excellent hands with this doctor.

The bad news for me was that I developed severe Achilles tendinitis due to a large bone spur on my heel. The great news was that my wife already had a successful medical history with Dr. Hintze. He was the logical choice to help me with this very painful and debilitating condition. He quickly diagnosed my condition and started a conservative treatment plan to see if that would help. After several weeks, it became apparent that my condition was too far advanced for conservative therapy. Surgery was my only viable option.
As I write this review, I am 2 weeks post op and progressing way ahead of schedule. Dr. Hintze’ surgical approach and technique for this once dreaded procedure is impressive to say the least. I was expecting a really painful recovery, but it has been exactly the opposite. He is a skilled podiatrist, based on 2 very successful surgeries on my wife, and my recent surgical procedure as well. He is a pro.
Hats off to the office staff as well. Very friendly, efficient, and they get you in to see the doctor quickly. If you have issues with your feet, I can highly recommend Dr. Bret Hintze.

I had the privilege of being seen in this office for My preop appointment for a surgery that I’m having on Monday. Everyone I talked with today ohh how I wish I could remember all your names. Everyone today was so helpful and made me feel so much better. With my first surgery ever right around the corner needless to say I was nervous today but everyone from the wonderfully sweet and helpful woman at the front desk, to the nurse’s and even the dr/Surgeon everyone. Y’all were so kind and helpful with everything I needed to get prepared thank you all very much for being the very best examples of our patient care. Thank you. I am with out a doubt 100% confident and comfortable that I have the best team of health care providers taking care of me.
