I will just echo many other comments here. I believe I received appropriate care but Dr. Nassif is extremely condescending and has very poor bedside manner. I think he actually asks you questions just so he can interrupt and correct you. I am a professional in another industry. You are the foot specialist. That is why I am here. I have already conceded the fact you know more about this than I do. Why treat us like idiots? I finished my care since I had a referral but I would never return.

The doc there was in- educated on how to treat a broken ft. I ended up having blood clots I told her I need a ultrasound or mri. Well she didn't do it I went to a different doc. And had 3 blood clots in witch 1 was a deep clot that could of killed me. Thank god for my other doc

The staff is very professional. The doctors are knowledgeable. I used Nassif here for my daughter's bunions and he did a great job on the surgery and explaining everything and helping us with the post-op care. So I'm back again for care that I need for my feet. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nassif was wonderful! My daughter injured her growth plate at recess and when I brought her to him he was great with her. She felt comfortable when normally around doctors she doesn't do well. She was able to get back to playing pain free! Very thankful for him.

Terrible business. Daughter (13) had pain in her knees, hips, and back due to flat feet. These "specialists" ordered a casting for inserts. We had the mold created onsite then they sent it in to be made. After 6 weeks of waiting I started calling asking for update. Was told it could take up to 8 weeks, then told it could take up to 9 weeks, and so on. Then at about week 10 they informed me "the lab lost the cast/mold and my daughter who has been in pain for 9+ WEEKS would need to come in again and start the process over. Me and my medical insurance was still billed for this service even when I told them not to bill/charge me for a service we never received. There is a reason why this place has a 3.2 rating.

After almost a decade of being told to just keep buying espensive inserts and orthopedic shoes, I was relieved when on my first visit to Dr. Nassif I was told my bunion surgery would be quick and easy. Very direct and compassionate care, my foot is an inch thinner and no longer in chronic pain even in non-orthopedic shoes! I can go barefoot and not have to take ibprofin to get to sleep afterwards!!
Dr. Nassif is on the board for Iowa for orthopeds and definately earned his position. Highly reccomend if you have serisou foot problems- even with joint related foot issues.

Beware beware I went in for a ingrown toenail went back a couple of times. Last time I went back nurse had to put bandaid over my toe nails cause they were bleeding still having problems with my toenail. When I cancelled my appointment they tried to stick me with a bill that is why I have insurance Due your self a favor stay away from there and find someone else

I saw Dr. Nassif, and I thought he did a terrible job of diagnosing my issue. He laid out a play plan to to help nurse my issue back to normal and every time he would add another step and it was more money out of my pocket. My last visit they wanted me sign papers to for me to pay for a $300 boot and I walked out decided to get another opinion, and I am so glad I did.
Another doctor diagnosed me with something completely different and I'm on the road to recovery. Dr. Nassif is not a doctor I would recommend seeing.
