I've been seeing Dr. Little since she first came to Dalton. First as a patient of Hamilton's and now a patient of FDFC. I really love the ease of communicating with my provider and the quick responses. Not only is she AMAZING but this office and their staff are the absolute best! Also, they can give me my refills right there in the office! Super convenient! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a PCP.

No more waiting to see the doctor. You get in when you are scheduled & Dr. Little gets you in fast. My foot had been hurting for 2 months from an injury. She prescribed ibuprofen & a steroid for 3 days & it never hurt again. I couldn’t believe it! I love that they have a pharmacy in-house too. The drop boxes are very convenient when you can’t get by during business hours. My family is very satisfied with Foundations Direct Family Care!

It has been a privilege to have met some of the best doctors in town with an innovative practice. Dr. Little and Dr. Dziuba are efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly. My family has been with Dr. Little and we love her. She takes time to listen to your problems and guides you with a lot of professionalism.
As a business we are greatly thankful that they have taken care of our butchers when an emergency has come. They are always available, fast, efficient and very affordable. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going here for almost a year now. I can not recommend them enough. Anytime someone mentions Dr's or health I instantly recommend Dr. Dzubia and the rest of the practice. I personally see Dr. Dzubia she is compassionate, understanding, actually listens to my concerns, overall just a lovely doctor. If i forget to ask for my prescriptions they fill them same day and provide a locker so I can pick them up at my convenience. Even if they are closed I can get them! I can message her anytime during normal business hours and get a response almost immediately . Like I said I can't recommend this practice enough. Scheduling is flexible. I never wait for my appointment to start. I could go on and on but I think this is enough for now.

Love love loveeee Dr.Little! My family & I absolutely love going to her! She makes every visit comfortable, welcoming, and she attends us fast. Also, SHE SPEAKS SPANISH! My in-laws love going to her and feel comfortable going to their appointments alone because she is able to communicate with them. It’s really hard to find a doctor like her in this city!

I was a patient of Dr. Little when she was with another practice and loved her to pieces! After many attempts of searching for a PCP that was a fit for me…I finally found her! She ended leaving the practice I was using and ended up here at Foundation Direct Family Care. I stayed with my old practice and started to see the new doctor simply because I had health insurance and Dr. Little’s new practice did not accept insurance. But of course, Dr. Little’s care and compassion were unmatched and even while paying for health insurance , I decided to make the switch back to her! When you find a provider that you click with and are comfortable with to actively change your health you keep her! Like another review mentioned, speaking with her is like talking to an old friend. Medication and lab work prices here are mind boggling (in the best way possible). I love and whole heartedly support what this practice stands for and the change they are making in healthcare.
