Review In Real Time:
1. The office is packed with people. Seems that they book too many patients for the same time slots. Which causes extremely long wait times.
2. I came in and sat down at 8:15 am, there was a large number of patients already seated. It’s now 10:00 am and they are still waiting to be seen. They are calling patient names in groups, however been over an hour since they’ve called anyone else.
3. The waiting area is neat and clean and the bathrooms are clean as well.
4. The staff is very nice and don’t mind answering patient questions especially regarding the very long wait. After waiting nearly two hours to be seen a patient asked how much longer would the wait be, and the lady calling patients to the back politely asked for their names, and then informed them that she didn’t know how much longer it would be. I understand that this is a place for families on Medicaid or have low income, however that’s no excuse for these very long wait times. There are dental offices that see low income patients, but they are very good with patient appointment management. It’s important to value the time of patients. Book appointments with reasonable wait times. It’s simple, Don’t overbook appointments.
I will add once again, that the staff seems to be a group of very kind people who are doing their best to deal with what seems to be office mismanagement. The 4 stars are for them.

I went in last week for an appointment and was immediately informed that my appointment would need to be rescheduled.
I asked why and was told that they did not have a dentist on staff specifically for adult patients. Keep in mind, I had confirmed the appointment a day prior and they were well informed that I was coming.

I agreed to have the appointment rescheduled. I went in this morning for the rescheduled appointment and was told the same thing by the same lady! I politely asked why this happened again. She had no answer and showed ZERO care. Not to mention, several other employees stood by nonchalantly. She then inquired with the people in the back office and I was told that I could be seen today but the wait could potentially be long.

I asked for the approximate wait time and NO one was able to provide that information. Which means, I could have sat and waited for 3 to 5 hours who knows! This is a clearly a representation of how disorganized this location is and the lack of care to make things right. It's unfortunate but not surprising as I tend to see this within certain communities. Put processes in place to prevent this from happening and treat people better! Hopefully someone who cares will read this and make the proper changes on how the scheduling is administered.

They really make it easy to book an appointment and get everything done for the kids without any hassles, if your kids get Medicaid. The best dentist office for kids if you receive Medicaid . Many dentist office won’t accept Medicaid for dental, and they do. Friendly staff and my kids aren’t scared to come when they come for appointments. They feel like big kids when they get called to the back. Best part… I don’t have to be there with them. They are comfortable on their own ❤️ highly recommend

The Macon office seems to never want to answer the phone, and when they do they immediately put you on hold and never come back to you. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a week to reschedule an appointment. That’s fine. I will be taking my girls elsewhere.

My daughter received great care. The staff is very nice & professional. Family oriented. However we were there from 9am until 11am, too long for a cleaning w/no cavities.

Everyone is so friendly at this office! I really liked Dr. Spaulding.Dr Smith has sooo much patience. I would trust with my grandchild anytime! She was born to work with children. Her patience is exceptional. Dr Green you get 12 out of 10 stars with us. Allie was really upset about the way she behaved but Ava was so proud!I think Allie will still be shy next time put her behavior will be totally different ( let’s hope so!) great job Dr smith❤️🎉

The office staff and dentist were all courteous and professional. I was given thorough information about my son's procedure and was also able to get all my concerns answered. It was an awesome experience for our first time!

I used the Macon office because I was desperate to get my baby seen due to an infection in her mouth. I wasn’t happy with my experience for a variety of reasons.

They are incredibly difficult to get in touch with. Even the call center can’t reach them. They apparently don’t respond to the call centers emails either.

If you are lucky enough that they do call you, they do not leave messages and they call from different numbers.
-They cancelled an appointment due to me not confirming it. Didn’t I do that when I made the appt
-THEY will book you for the incorrect procedure then make you wait and hope for a no show.

One of the staff members was throwing a very loud fit on one of my visits. Very unprofessional. I really wasn’t happy with the behavior of any of the employees except for the front desk and Dr. Smith who was WONDERFUL.

They are definitely not going to be our primary dentists. I hated that I had to trust them because everywhere else I tried had such a long waiting list. Overall, ability to get an appt for a cleaning is very easy, you can do that online. Privacy during the procedure is non-existent. You will be with everyone else getting cleanings and you can expect the staff to be unwelcoming.

I’d only recommend if you’re experiencing an emergency.
