The Dr. and his nursing staff are excellent, very attentive and professional and the treatment I received was good. The support staff in his office is extremely weak and make the overall experience average at best, poor in the areas of customer service. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional and disorganized, two of my three appointments were not booked correctly. The billing department "supervisor", Desiree, is rude and uncooperative in discussing any payment issues and, while I'm sure her daily routine is full of problems with poor people trying to arrange partial payments and questioning the exorbitant charges routine in the medical community, this individual needs to be in a position without any customer contact. I called initially to inform the office that I would need to split my payment due since we had other unexpected expenses during the month and I was told in a rude and threatening way that I would be charged an additional $15 non-payment fee if the total wasn't paid when due. My wife spent years in the collections industry and we realize how challenging getting money from the indigent can be but these harassing methods are counterproductive and certainly lead to less money being collected in the long-term. We will continue to pay all of our bills owed to the medical industry as much as possible (we still pay money owed from four years ago when we had no insurance). Even though this doctor and his nursing staff do a stellar job in treating patients, I would not return to this office and will recommend that others find alternatives because of the callous and shameful way they treat their customers afterwards.

Dr and nursing staff were excellent. Being a diabetic foot care is very important to me and of all the Pediatrist I've used this is by far the best office in all areas of care.
