Dr. Joye at Fysical PT is absolutely wonderful! She is very kind, professional, and truly listens to her patients. From the first visit, she understood my concerns and explained everything clearly, which gave me so much confidence. Her treatment plan was very effective, and I started feeling better within just a few sessions. The clinic is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My experience has been 10 out of 10 and truly phenomenal. The customer service is top tier. From Joye Leader (physical therapist) to the other kind and professional members of staff, you should feel right at home. Every visit has been warm, inviting and accommodating. Joye Leader is very knowledgeable, she answers all of my questions and is very patient and meticulous. Along with your personalized physical therapy program, dry needling is another beneficial service offered at this location. Prices are not high, for those paying out of pocket and starting in January 2025 they will also be accepting Medicaid insurance plans. Allow the team at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center on Grayson to help you with your physical therapy needs. I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Great experience here! Everyone was really attentive and helpful. There was initially some hang up while trying to figure out my insurance but they got it resolved quickly and before scheduling. I really appreciated the responsiveness!
