I worked with all 3 therapists from May through November of 2024. I prepared for my first knee replacement surgery, then rehabilitated from that surgery and then prepared for a second surgery in near record time on the other knee. My recovery exceeded the expectations of both my surgeon and myself, and I attribute it to the dedication and talents of the physical therapists. They kept me going through my pain and were encouraging me to keep going when the progress was slow and steady. I am not athletic and not used to working out and exercising, but they kept me going and progressing and I recovered very, very well. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I had an amazing time with the team at Fyzical Therapy! I went in after a stress reaction in my foot and worked with Melissa to recover. As a dancer, it can be hard to find a physical therapist who will work with you and challenge you in the same way that dance does, but Melissa was always ready to listen and work together to find ways to build back the strength I needed to dance. Overall, all of the staff are friendly and positive and it was a great environment to be in!

My experience at Fyzical has been incredible. I arrived with very bad back pain (I have scoleosis) and Dr. Yasmine gave me some exercises and within a week the pain had already improved a lot, and now in the third week I am no longer feeling pain. The treatment really works if you keep practicing every day at home. Thank you so much Yasmine for being so patient and friendly! Thank you for the support!!

After rupturing my achilles I had my world turned upside down. Surgery happened and 4 weeks later I was referred to FYZICAL. Dr. Yasmine saw the sadness in my eyes and made me so comfortable with the process of the road to recovery. Fast forward to almost two months with her and her team I feel so strong already, especially mentally. I am walking, biking and now strength training! Dr. Yasmine is the most caring, knowledgeable and shares the truth of every step of each process and the why. Not only does she tell you the “hard” truth but she does it with grace to let you know that everyone has their own progress and not to compare… Especially when it comes to relearning how to walk again. We all have milestones in life and I feel so grateful to share my journey with the FYZICAL team. There’s been tears, fears, smiles and cheer! I can finally see the end of the road and I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Yasmine, Melissa, Sarah and Bri 🙂

I have gone to a lot of Physical Therapy clinics and I can say that FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center on University Parkway is one the best I've been to. My physical therapist Yasmine is very knowledgeable. I have scoliosis and she is excellent during our sessions. She takes the time to show me the right way to perform exercises and understands the unique issues involved with scoliosis. For those reasons I have to say she is the best Physical Therapist I have worked with so far. Thanks Yasmine !
