Very poor customer service. Takes forever to answer the phone and then immediately puts you on hold. Looking for new doctors. When I call the doctor I'm calling because of a concern or to make an appointment but when you are immediately put on hold they have no idea what you need. If they are short of staff maybe they need to hire more people. Maybe fire the ones they have and get better ones. Either way their office staff is either incompetent or just don't care. Maybe both.

Dr. Kaushal Chaudhari sent me a bill for medical treatment which was his responsibility. I called United Health care which is my insurance provider who is responsible for the fee that I was billed. United Health Care told me that the fee was definitely Dr. Chaudhari's responsibility. I called the staff at his office and told me what I was told by United Health Care. His staff was upset when I told them that United Health Care told me that the fee was Dr. Chaudhari's responsibility. This occurred in May 2024. In September 2024, I called and told the staff that I would be at my September 24th appointment. The staff told me that I had been released from Dr. Chaudhari's practice. In about 6 days, I was told that I had been released from Chaudhari's practice in May because I was rude to the staff. I have absolutely no knowledge about ever being rude to Dr. Chaudhari's staff. This September experience was the worst doctor's experience that I have had in my entire life. I do not know why I was released from Dr. Chaudhari's practice in May and did not find out about this until after Sepember 20. No patient should have to experience what I
experienced. Before considering Dr. Chaudhari, I would recommend going to another doctor if you do not want to endure the pain that occurred to me in September 2024.

Erika Mclane and her staff have always been courteous and professional. They always put the patients needs before anything and always available to answer any questions. I have never had confidence in doctors of any kind, but she and her staff I have built a trust in and always have my best interest above anything. We just had our first appointment to establish care this morning. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The nurse was very kind as well. Erika was amazing. She listened to all of mine and my husbands concerns about his health and suggested different medications that will help with his new diagnosis and explained how the new medication will work. She was fast and efficient but also gave us time to ask questions. We are very pleased with this practice.

Dr. Dr. Chaudhari is awesome. He really cares and takes time with you. I had a medical condition I suffered with for a while that my old Dr. did not notice but Chaudhari did. Life Changing!
