I called today Monday 9/16/24 to get an appointment with Dr. Carbonell. Receptionist answers the phone and asked me who is my insurance provider. I told her I have Allstate, she hang up on me and never answered my call again. I called total 5 times. I reached out to my Insurance company because I was confused, do I have horrible insurance that I don't even deserve a simple yes or no answer? My insurance provided me a list of doctors who accept my Allstate insurance and surprisingly Dr. Garnet and Carbonell were on that list. Makes me wonder are doctors even aware how rude and unprofessional some of their staff are? They sure did lose me as a possible new patient and for how I got treated, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Dr.pollyanna reeves is great! She's very professional and really nice and always smiling. She definitely knows what she's doing when it comes to her job. Great dr. And thank you for taking care of me.
I had an ingrown toe nail on both my big toes and she definitely took care of that...thanks doc.

Dr. Reeves is great! She completely took care of a problem I had with corns and another issue. If I ever have to have surgery on one of my feet, I know I'll be in good hands. She has great chairside manner and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Being a naturally sweet person doesn't hurt either. DEFINITELY
recommended.

I absolutely love the office of Garnet & Carbonell, and more specifically, Dr. Reeves. She has been the reason I still have my foot. Multiple surgeries and hands-on care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Both Dr. Reeves and Dr. Carbonell are invested in my journey back to healing, and the staff are the best ever! Anytime I call, I am always helped, from scheduling to referrals to just anything. Myself, mother, and father all use their services. If I could give infinity stars, I would. If you need foot care, just make the appointment already.

I had a great experience (October, 2019). I was in so much pain from a fall that caused a sprain and fracture. I was able to get some relief after getting a steroid shot and soft cast. The pain was unbearable. After these interventions I could feel the difference as the day went on. The following days were even better. It meant a lot to get relief seeing that I was caring for my 10-month-old at the time. I'm so thankful for the care provided.
