My feet were on fire for months, I finally decided to seek professional help and this office didn’t disappoint!! From the reception to my Dr , I felt HEARD AND SEEN!! The nurse cared enough to talk me through each process. She was kind and had an awesome tattoo of her dog on her forearm!! Which I loved. lol. And My Dr was super sweet and funny. She showed me where my problems were and taught me ways to alleviate my pain. I’m so excited to begin my healing journey with these ladies because they were TOP NOTCH❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Front office staff is welcoming and efficient. Maria is pleasant and helpful and encouraging. Dr. Bergstrom spent almost an hour with with me. She was thorough and explained clearly what was going on with both issues. She is delightful, enthusiastic and compassionate. Glad I found her.

After I scheduled an appointment online, the front desk staff was aware that they did not accept my insurance instead of advising me of that and providing the out of pocket cost for the visit. They continued with the appointment. I arrived, front desk checked me in, for me to go to the back, THEN I was advised the consultation visit was $175 and if any further treatment was necessary that would be an additional cost. Moving forward I would encourage them to properly train their front desk on how to deal with a situation such as mine. I took off work and had to pay for parking for information that could have and should have been provided over the phone. For that reason I write this review please, do better with handling new patients.
