Absolute worst patient consideration and care at both the Oakatie and Moss creek locations.
From reception to the office manager.
It should not take 1 month to have a prescription for a common and usual application that is used in orthopedic procedures to be so complicated and convoluted.
Not once did office personnel try and mitigate and resolve a very simple solution. We were bounced between offices and 3 different pharmacies. With no solution.

This is one of the nicest offices I have ever been! The entire staff were just incredibly kind, and helpful!
Ashley and Derek - PA-C were absolutely the best too! They took an amazing amount of time being honest and explaining my situation to me in detail.
Derek then explained to me exactly what I needed to do and why so I felt the quality of care was excellent, and above and beyond.
My Doctor recommended this office and he never leads us wrong so once more I am happy I listened to his advice! Highly recommend Gavin Orthopedics and ,although I hope I never need them again, if I do - I will most definitely return!!!

Gavin Orthropedics was welcoming, and Dr. Gavin addressed my concerns regarding my knee problem. He explained all my options clearly and recommended physical therapy. I was able to have therapy the next day. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Loved this office! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr Gavin’s assistant Laura was very caring and sat with me until the doctor came in. Dr. Gavin was knowledgeable and took his time with me. I’m a very needy patient and I love to have enough time spent with me. This office did a great job with that and I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a bother. Would recommend to anyone!

Having recently moved to Bluffton, I was searching for an Orthopedic physician. I have now seen Dr. Gavin 3 times over the past few months for two different orthopedic issues. First, his support staff are very nice, intelligent, and supportive. Second, Dr. Gavin is incredibly nice and carefully listens and asks questions, he's giving you his undivided attention. Third, he's caring and honest in his response to one's medical condition and treatment strategy. Finally, I feel that Dr. Gavin, and his staff, are a highly valued treatment center, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking orthopedic care.
