I have been with Gavric Dental for about eight years now, and even after moving out of state, I continue to come back. You might wonder why. Well, when you find an excellent dental practice, you stick with it! The staff at Gavric Dental are wonderful, personable and always happy to see you. The hygienists are patient and gentle as they work diligently to keep your gums healthy and provide a bright, beautiful smile. Gavric Dental truly cares for their patients, using cutting-edge techniques and equipment to meet all your dental needs. I’ve been going to Gavric Dental for about 3 years and have always had really great experiences. They’re nice, they provide warm blankets, they always run on time, and they’re easy to get in touch with. The last 2 times I went in for a cleaning I found them to be very pushy. On multiple occasions they’ve tried to get me to purchase their special toothpaste or their special mouth rinse. They won’t take no for an answer the first time and they keep pushing it. They said I should come in for cleanings every 4 months instead of the standard every 6 months and this is definitely not covered by my insurance so it’s just money going from my pockets into theirs. In my last visit Dr Gavric told me I need 2 crowns and the total was $2,500 after insurance. She said I had no choice. No other alternatives to the crowns, no payment plans. Just get the crowns. I’m not a rich person, that’s a massive expense. I’m just starting to feel like the practice is putting profits over patients. Maybe it’s just me. Or maybe it’s why they’ve had 2 dentists leave in the last 2 years. I will go back for the crowns when I come up with the money but I’ll also be looking for a new dentist for the future!

EDIT: after writing this review, I received a certified letter in the mail saying that Dr Gavric was severing the patient-doctor relationship. Guess I hit a nerve!

Terrible dental work at Gavric Dental has caused me months of pain and unnecessary money spent. After going here for years, really enjoying the front desk staff and having many great cleanings I strongly warn against having anything other than a cleaning done here or at least get a second opinion before believing you have all the cavities they tell you you have.
In May I was told I had three cavities two on my right side, one of my left. I was shocked as I haven’t had even one cavity in years. After Dr. Gavric did my two right side fillings I was in constant pain. I went back 3 or 4 times so she could “adjust my bite” but nothing helped. Finally they told me there was nothing else they could do and referred me to a root canal specialist.
I WAS FLOORED….it went from my teeth not hurting at all to now I may need TWO root canals?!*
So I went to get a second opinion, the Dentist at the new office was very shocked that they were going straight to a root canal specialist rather than just redoing the filling. He redid one of the fillings and it no longer hurts. I’m still waiting, with pain, to get the second redone (as I’ve now paid for three fillings because Gavric still charged me).
The icing on the cake is I just got my annual cleaning at my new dentist… No cavity on my left side! I specifically asked if there was a cavity where Gavric dental told me there was one… My new dentist double checked, nope, no cavity!

I don't usually write reviews but I had a wonderful experience and felt like sharing. Today was my second visit and once again everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had my deep cleaning with Shelby and her hands were magic. She made the process very comfortable and painless. I appreciated all her helpful tips on homecare to keep my beautiful smile up to date. I was happy to refer others to try the great service provided. The staff is overall very welcoming and friendly.

I have been going to this practice for 10+ years now and highly recommend them for your dental needs. The Doctors are phenomenal and do outstanding work, the assistants and hygienists do great work, and the administrative group do an outstanding job from the moment you enter the office. I just completed a difficult crown that replaced an old failing crown which took a lot of work. As usual, they never hurt me and the new crown was perfect from the beginning. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at this practice.
