I am ashamed to say it had been way too long since I had been to a dentist because of the unpleasant experience with my last "group practice" I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Cerillo Family Dentistry. Dr. St. Charles and the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They did not push products or services and in one visit I had x-rays, a very thorough exam and cleaning and set me up for a six month follow-up. I have to say all my years of anxiety of going to the dentist are now over in just one visit.

Nice new offices in San Antonio. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Dr St George is thorough, personable and his work on me to redo an old broken crown was excellent. Took a lot of time to ensure that I was not in any pain during the procedure. Gary

A family member needed a tooth extracted due to a complicated dental problem, and unfortunately this happened on a holiday. Dr. St. Charles went the extra mile to try to find an endodontist, and when none was available he drove in and extracted it himself. Thanks to him and assistant Gina, our family member had relief for the first time in days and we had a great holiday. This is a well run practice that is offering quality dental care, would recommend.

This is the absolute best dentist office anywhere. Dr Cerrilo and his team have always gone above and beyond to ensure the patient is taken care of. I have been going there for years and he has worked miracles for me and my family.

This is my 4th time to dr cerillo's office. It is my final visit. It has been impossible to get a clear understanding of what they're doing each time. I should've not come back after the last time I came when the assistant thought I was there for an extraction, when I was there for an implant, the extraction had taken place months before (2 visits prior). As I was getting ready to get my implant/bridge this morning, they dropped a $5k bill in my lap (after I'd already paid for all the workup to this point). This was completely unexpected and would have influenced me to go a different route in my care. The list goes on, but the fact it takes a month to 6 weeks to schedule or even reschedule an appointment just adds to the frustration and disappointment in this practice. These people will fleece you! Beware!

My wife has trouble breathing and walking any distance and is on oxygen constantly. Donna could not have been more caring and helpful. After cleaning her teeth, she allowed her to sit there while she cleaned mine, then helped her to the car through the back door. Not only does she do a fantastic job cleaning our teeth, but her kindness will long be remembered. Cannot thank her enough.

Dr St Charles and all the staff are awesome. I'm a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists and they really take the time to make you feel at ease. I'd recommend them to everyone!
