AVOID. I was referred here by another specialist, waited a week with no communication to arrange an appointment. I called and left a voicemail after a week since the specialist sent the referral. No response. After another week, I called the original specialist and asked for another referral. They attempted to get in touch and got no response either, so we moved on to another gastro. OVER A MONTH later the office called to schedule an appointment. I was NOT expecting to get in right away, but to not even bother calling to schedule an appoint for over a month? Ridiculous. Any office that is that unresponsive does not deserve to continue to function as a medical facility.

I was scheduled since October of last year to have a colonoscopy done this month. Usually the office has to call the day before the procedure to tell you what time to go in and I was informed that he was on the schedule but were still waiting what time. I was still advised to take the medicine. Well they never called, my daughter tried speaking to someone multiple times.
The day of the colonoscopy my daughter called the hospital and they told her I was not on the list. Very disappointed and ridiculous to find out that they mixed me up with a different patient and supposedly “tried” to call to reschedule which is not true because my daughter nor I never got a call from them. The staff wasn’t the nicest and I hope that if you do go forward to get service with this office, to have this in mind to not be blindsided like we were during this unfortunate experience.

The woman who answered the phone this morning was extremely rude. I was directed to schedule an appointment with Dr. Oni after an endoscopy revealed some issues for my husband. The woman on the phone refused to schedule an appointment and stated that she was insulted that another doctor would refer us to Dr. Oni for a follow-up. I tried to explain that it wasn't a follow up, but an appointment, and she cut me off and said she would not schedule an appointment for us. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. When I asked if there was anyone else in the office to talk with, she refused. I understand if there was a miscommunication, but this was not handled correctly. I continued to try and explain and even read the written referral, but she hung up on me. I've heard Dr. Oni is a caring doctor, so I am in shock that he would allow someone so rude to answer his phones. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical staff.

Don’t bother coming early to your appointment…or even getting here on time. I’ve been here a few times and have always waited a ridiculously long time before being called back from the waiting room. There was a man next to me who had a 1:30 appointment and still hadn’t been seen at 2:30. When he went to the front to ask for a new appointment as he couldn’t continue to wait, the lady wouldn’t help him so he just left. The front desk lady isn’t helpful and Dr. Oni’s bedside manner is not great. My experience here has not been good and I will be finding a new G.I.

Was diagnosed with Crohn's last week and was supposed to be referred here. The receptionist is probably the absolute rudest person I've ever talked to, refused to look for my referral or schedule me for the help I need. I highly recommend a place of business that actually cares about you.
