Absolutely the highest quality care I have found In a long time. I been with them 6 years now and never had anything but good experiences with them. Drs are responsible and never have I had to experience being without my medication. They were there for me the entire time through covid and continue to be there after. Would not go anywhere else. I can’t say how great this place is. My psychiatrist has always been there for me and has made my life so much better.

Great experience, met all my needs. I was able to transfer my active prescriptions from an existing doctor that I did not wish to see anymore to this place with no issues. They were also able to get you in for appointments quicky, usually within a day or two of calling. They offer a wide array of services as well.

After several horrible experiences with other doctors offices in the area I was referred by a good friend to Genesis Medica in Wolcott and I’m so glad I took my friends recommendation! The office staff is kind, understanding, extremely accommodating and professional. The office is immaculate and offers walk in care & appointments.

I saw Jenna and was extremely impressed with her professionalism, compassion, kindness & caring! I felt completely comfortable and at ease discussing my health concerns with her. For the first time in a very long time I felt like my physician actually listened and cares!

If you’re in need of medical care I highly recommend you go to Genesis Medica in Wolcott! You will not be disappointed and I guarantee you will leave that office feeling much better.

Having a provider like Gloria Nardella, APRN makes receiving quality care (including RX refills) so simple and hassle-free. She's incredibly personable, knowledgeable and has great style. Medical visits (especially for those with crazy work schedules) should not be an all-day affair (as they are in most medical practices.) I have absolutely never had that nor any issue with/ at Genesis. Huge fan!

Office staff and Nardella are mostly incompetent. Prescriptions and prior authorization forms were often put through incorrectly causing severe delays and they were unwilling to put forth actual effort to correct the issues until it was time to cover up their mistakes when a doctor from another practice called to walk the office staff through the correct procedures. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Very courteous very kind and cares for us very well . Dr. Lee is one of the greatest doctors I think I’ve had in the past 30 years . Since I was a kid. Dr. Lee is very awesome caring understanding and nurturing . That’s exactly what you need for a doctor . Dr. Lee is always there for you.
