Never will I be going to this hospital again. God forbid I be bleeding out I would be dead by the time they get to me. Wait time is insane and the staff is very inconsiderate. Then on top of that they charge you up the rear for an ER bill and then refuse financial assistance. Make the drive to Omaha if you can.

Went to the ER there. The door is a little weird. You have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to come let you in. But once inside, very nice staff. Dr. Jaylene was very knowledgeable and personable. If I lived closer, I'd try to get her as my regular doctor, lol! They were very fast to get me in, they even did the check in as I was being seen so there was no wait. They also called a couple days later just to make sure I was OK and feeling better. Highly recommend.

We came here when we were out of town visiting family in the area because my wife fell and hurt her wrist. She was told by the doctor, who we had to wait to come from another town, this was the emergency room mind you, so if it was a mortal wound or anything youd definitely die. Anyway, she was told by this very rude female doctor that she had sprained her wrist. This was after she made myself and our daughter go outside simply because my daughter apparently annoyed her. When we got back home our hospital confirmed she had broken her wrist in three places. Don't go here.

Shawn the nurse was hateful Saturday moring on 10/8/22 told me if I just would have gave my mother a breathing treatment, and Zofran I would not have wasted her time of coming in well I am sorry I made you do your job. And today on 10/11/22 shawn was not any better her bedside manner was just the same. Well thanks for thinking you know how my mother acts or is better them me. So from now on I will not come back to the er unless I can't help it. I be taken her to Jenny ed and set and wait 4 hours in er if I have to to get better help. In or rant
