Es la primera vez que vengo a esta clinica porque esta cerca de casa, pensé que eran mas organizados, estuve esperando mas de 1 hora para que me dieran los resultados de mi examen fisico. La verdad es una perdida de tiempo. Lastima porque la doctora que me atendió parece ser muy buena...
El lugar sinceramente necesita mantenimiento, las sillas estan dañadas y quien sabe que las maquinas funcionen al 100%.

A mi esposo le hicieron unos exámenes de sangre y enviaron mal los códigos y el seguro no los cubre, se les hablo y dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nada, además le quieren cobrar dos veces por una misma atención y según ellos en diferentes días, lo cual es falso. Incluso ha llegado otro Bill donde incluyen otro cobro más por lo mismo!!! Y los recibos llegan a destiempo. Pensé que eran más profesionales y se le llama a la Mánager Nita y no responde ni ha revisado el reclamo. Que pena que no sean más cuidadosos en su trabajo.
Tendremos que hacerle seguimiento a este problema porque nos está perjudicando por falta de seriedad en el desempeño de su trabajo.

This clinic is the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with for medical care. The staff is the most incompetent group of people on all levels that I’ve ever dealt with in person and when calling. My primary care physician of 25 years retired on 1/1/2025 and my medical records and care was transferred to this awful place. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after getting off to such a bad start, I don’t trust them to handle my health care. They can’t answer simple questions, can’t complete forms correctly or completely, don’t return calls as promised and don’t follow through with anything they say. They are rude in person and on the phone. I’m currently looking for a new PCP. Zero star rating on all levels for the Georgia Clinic. If you value your health, avoid this place at all cost.

I wish they had a zero star for today!! I have come to this clinic since 2020 and never had any issues, or should I say an issue I could not get handled right away. Today was the worst experience for their Saturday clinic. First of all, the entire " Saturday" staff was incompetent and a disgrace. They kept saying, we don't work here we just come on Saturday we don't know much!! Like are you serious. The doctor or whomever she was was very incompetent and did not do a good job at well. I came in for medication refills..that I needed right away and she never called them in to the pharmacy, after sitting there from 9:45am to 1 pm...and not to get what I came there for. Not to mention I told this "doctor" I had my physical done this year but forgot to ask for an HIV screening. She had the audacity to ask me why do I want to be screened? Are you serious? I want to know , WTH and my job is a risky job in healthcare!! Then when I asked for refills she asked me why do I need refills? Again .are you serious right now One medication that I needed was necessary and she told me she does not write prescriptions for anxiety medication. I had to tell her that I am not on drugs as she thought I could be, and that I only get a refill every 5 months for a 30 day supply..so that should tell you I don't take it daily but a needed. The worst and I mean the worst experience I have ever had. She is surely no where near as great as Tommie Floyd. I was disappointed and most definitely will never come there again on a Saturday..if my regular doctor is not there I sure want be in there!!!

While I enjoyed being a patient at this location, I unfortunately have to leave this said location to find a new prescriber that actually cares about my health. This clinic has really not been kind to me as the male prescriber left and there is no male prescriber at said location. It saddens me this highly sexist action has happen, so I will be leaving this location to find a different location. Please understand how YOU treat your patients needs to be considered along with firing a phlebotmists that actually did a good job other than this "new" phlebotismist blowing a vain on someone's very easily obtainable location. Along with the major hassle of doing prescriber roullete to make sure what prescriber would work with me. The day I entered the office and had to be forced to see a prescriber I did NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE with is on you. The only competent prescriber at this location is Tommie Floyd APN. The rest have 0 clue how to handle me now.

My mom and I are patients to Dr.Tommie Floyed ! She is amazing and I highly recommend her ! She always responds to any request or question. She always gives my elderly mom extra attention and makes sure she has all she needs . Also Ms. Erma she is always a great help and gives her immediate attention to any concern or requests we have ! She always gets things done ! We appreciate their dedication .

Worst doctors office to go to in Lawrenceville. Doctor and front office staff are ALWAYS rude and lazy. Never have a good attitude and never get anything right. Always dirty and always smells bad.
